Didn't bother to call
Description of Work: Furnace tuneup. Scheduled and appt. online almost 2 weeks ago and took day off work. Appt time was between 8-noon. I called about 930 to verify time she said there was no appt and I must have been confused when setting up the appt..Pretty insulting.
