Probably the best experience I’ve had with any repair service! I called Blind and Sons this morning for A/C unit repair/servicing and they had a technician available for this afternoon. In contrast, I called the company that installed my until several years ago and I have still yet to hear back. Chester, the technician, was pleasant, professional and clearly knew his trade. He went over his thorough diagnostic assessment and laid out several different options and their prices. Would 100% use Blind and Sons again and would happily have Chester come back into our home for any future repairs/servicing.

He was very knowledgeable and got the job done effectively and efficiently. I would hire them for other home projects any day!

James was here before with a simple faucet repair and ended up doing 5 times more work but didn't charge extra. I'm no stranger to Plumbing but when I want a professional job I call Blind and sons.

This is part of our monthly service package - techs are always great - sometimes they deliver great news (eg your 20+ year old A/C unit is working great!), sometimes- like today - the news isn’t so upbeat (eg, your old A/C unit needs pounds of Freon that’s obsolete, and your motor is cracked and needs to be replaced)...we’ve been prepping for it but we know we’re in great hands for the replacement unit in our very near future. Tech Hershell had a great “bedside manner” delivering us the news lol :)

The technician did a great job, unfortunately the sales lady on the phone was not accurate in her description on what services were to be performed. I specifically asked if the coil’s were to be cleaned and the sales lady said yes but the technician said it was not part of the maintenance program?!?
