Our plumbing tech, Rob #744, was awesome! He was professional, courteous, neat and completed the job quickly. We would definitely request him again. Blind and Sons has been our company of choice for HVAC and plumbing work for a few years now and we're always happy with the service they provide. They're knowledgeable, reliable, honest and stand behind their products and services.

Excellent work. Our technician (#778) showed up on time, was professional, and had no reservations/hesitation to getting right to work on a couple difficult tasks. I had another electrician out from another company a few weeks prior, who refused to do the job because he said it would take too long and was too difficult, but Blinds and Son's did it right and had no problems at all. The price was a little higher than I had hoped, but I am pleased that it was done correctly and don't regret it at all.

Very punctual. Quick and efficient work. Answered all questions. Also gave us a $25 gift card for future service calls. We have been using Blind and Sons for years because of the quality of work they do.

Service tech, Mike Dee was professional, on time, courteous,checked various parts while I watched and pointed out a couple areas of concern then when he was finished with the service he explained all the options available to me on the areas of concern. Handled setting up an appt. so I could get the air filter working again and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I'm also covered for my A/C service in the spring. I would definitely recommend them.

He was polite and helpful with my questions. The service call went very well and I would ask for him back for any other service calls I might have need.

Jeremiah (#774) and Daniel (#796) arrived exactly on time and promptly began work. They were VERY professional, knowledgable, curtious, and personable. Jeremiah explained everything they would do and advised us of things to watch for in the near future. He gave us information on a recirculating pump, which we had been considering. Also, he gave us information on the Discount Club, which we joined. Would we use Apple again? ABSOLUTELY!

Their service has been great. I have used there services about 4 times this year. They have also replace my water heater. I use them to do preventative maintenance on my heater. Scheduling is pretty good, I like Saturday appointment and they have been able to work with me. I always request the same technician because he is very thorough, professional and offers informative suggestions.

The technician came on time, was very courteous and professional. Explained everything and changed the Aprilaire filter.

The technician who came out was very professional. He was able to explain everything to me so I understood what was being done. He completed it in the shortest amount of time possible.

The removal of the old furnace and air conditioner went well but the salesman talked us into replacing the system prior to doing the duct cleaning. I would not recommend this course of action. While he assured us that they would isolate the new furnace the filter and possibly the cooling system was fouled with dust. Also they did not call us to schedule the duct cleaning. I called them three times approximately six weeks after the furnace installation and their scheduler would not return my calls. I finally was forced to issue a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which got them to finally schedule the duct cleaning on a Thursday afternoon. They called me the day prior at 8:00 A.M. and said they were scheduled to come on Wednesday. When they did come on Thursday the technician had a faulty hose which he had to replace which ran completion of work to 7:30 pm. To summarize, I would not recommend this contractor. If you do decide to use them and your ductwork needs cleaned have another contractor perform this service prior to removal of your old furnace.

They were very good. They do heating and electrical work.They were courteous, did a good job and on time.

They were fast and they definitely cleaned up and they fixed the problem. They had a good demeanor, the technician was very informative about what he had to do and what the furnace needed and he took care of it. They were very professional.

The technicians (one for the hot water heater and one for the air conditioning unit) arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. They wore the company logo on their shirts and drove vehicles emblazoned with the company logo. They wore covers on their shoes and protected the flooring with covers as needed without prompting by us. They also cleaned up after themselves. They quickly assessed the problems and provided multiple options for fixing each problem. These options included different pricing options as well. Our water heater had been malfunctioning for a few months and no pressure was placed on its replacement. However, Blind and Sons provided an estimate for replacement and brought multiple hot water heaters in their truck in the event we were ready. We had already chosen Blind and Sons for this replacement; not necessarily for the price of the heater but for their past service they had provided to us and the confidence we felt in them to provide future maintenance in the heater. Our air conditioner is also ready for replacement. Because it is a much larger expense, Blind and Sons brought it back on line and contacted their company to set an appointment for a consultation. This option allowed us to obtain estimates from other companies in the meantime and weigh our options at our leisure. We have been customers of Blind and Sons for approximately 4 years. We use them for regular maintenance of our HVAC system. Our phone calls are always received and routed appropriately no matter what format is used to contact them (e.g. on-line, telephone, etc.). Also, a phone call or e-mail reminder is sent to us prior to each scheduled appointment.

They were very quick to respond to my call, came out to get the job done within a few days. Actually they called sooner then I expected and I was very pleased with that. They were prompt, courteous and he did a good job. It's difficult to comment on price...it seemed high but I wasn't able to get any other estimates so I'm not sure.

The following week a sales representative came out to review the cost of the expected repairs (over $1900) versus the cost of replacing the furnace ($3500). We had two other heating companies come out to give us estimates and both companies said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace, there were no problems with the heat exchanger or the blower motor. Blind & Son's charged $89 for the initial service call and we paid $69 and $99 for the other two companies to tell us that there was nothing wrong. I would strongly recomend that anyone that is looking for heating service stay VERY FAR AWAY from Blind & Son's. I am not sure about their workmanship but I have serious doubts about their honesty.

service man flooded floode furnace with water shorting out furnace , had to replce all electrical components . Not happy at all with their work .then they wanted me to pay to restore the furnace to working order . long and big argument but threatend legal action to get furnace working again.

The power was going off and coming back on in the house, no matter the state of the breaker box switches. What happen is work got down in the box, witch in turn trashed the main breaker. They did great work. Just pricey.

IT IS NOW JULY 22, 2013 AND I HAVE YET TO BE CONTACTED BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL. DECIDED ON OTHER VENDOR WHO RESPONDED WITH AN ESTIMATE ON THE SAME DAY I CONTACTED THEM.

They were good. They were professional. I thought that they were a little pricey but they did a good job.

They were excellent and very thorough. Their personnel were very professional. It was all around a smooth experience. We enjoyed that. They came and handled it right away. I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them again. On price, my husband thought they were a little high.

No problems with the service or unit installed. Everything went very smoothly.

The technician evaluated the A/C system and recommended cleaning the fan.

They are absolutely terrific. The representative or the girls in the office calls me 30 minutes before they are going to be there; they gave me a window. The communication that they had with me was tremendous. They explained to me what is going on, if I need a part why I needed that part, what will happen if I don’t get it and gave me a leeway which I understood. They have always been accessible and I cannot say enough of good things about them. The one guy who came to my house since I had my house was again was personable and professional; I cannot say enough of good things about him as well. I have an agreement with them and pay a small monthly fee so I will be using them as long as they are around.

It went very good. Their prices were good and they carried quality brands. I felt they were very honest and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Blind And Sons went pretty well. They installed really nice equipment and it's high quality stuff. Everything went well.
