Their work is top notch. Plumbers are skillful, informative, friendly and prompt. Only downside is they are expensive. We are restoring damaged plumbing at a house in Twinsburg, but our most recent experience was a simple toilet repair at our condominium in Akron. Earlier, we had a reverse osmosis system installed here in Akron.

We lost heat in December, just before Christmas. We had family staying with us from Florida. They arrived on time, as scheduled. They completed all work in one day. They were unexpectedly quiet. they were very professional and respectful of our needs. Furnace has run very well all winter, and has significantly warmed colder spots in the house.

Blind and Sons was great to work with from start to finish. We signed up for a free estimate at the Home Show in Akron and it was scheduled for the next week. Kim was so incredibly informative at the show and so nice. Our sales rep Jim was not pushy at all and was very honest and saved us a lot of money by educating us on what our house would need. When we decided we would move forward with the project, install was set for just a few days later! Which was awesome, because we didn't have to wait weeks or months! The installers were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They were so fast too! Install was scheduled for about 10 hours and they were in and out in about 5 hours! It was awesome! I highly recommend Blind and Sons!

The tech Gary Clarke was professional, efficient , friendly & helpful. He also pointed out a a potential problem with the outside meter box for spring time correction that I would not have been aware of until there was a problem. I also was pleased that the price quoted by the manager when I set up the appt. was exactly what i paid for the service.

The electrician, Dan Cain, was excellent--answering our questions simply, yet thoroughly. After the gas was connected, our heat did not go back on, and Dan called the gas installer and stayed until he was certain all was back to normal. He's very conscientious. We have been pleased with his work ethic and very satisfied with Blind.

Had a appointment scheduled for 3/6/14 at 11:00AM contractor called at 11:00AM stating he would be there in 30 minutes. I told him not to come. If its not important enough to be on time then I can't trust you to do work for me.

Was able to schedule service within 24 hours and technician arrived promptly. Cleared drain quickly and efficiently.

Scott Bray, the technician, was extremely professional; he made sure our bathroom was left the way he found it - minus the clogged drain!

I have used them for years. The old furnace was literally falling off, and so they put in a new wall furnace for me. I have dealt with these people for 10 years or more.

They came out, provided information and estimates. Once chosen, they showed up on time, were professional, and did the job as promised. All went well.

Fabulously well. I initially called to see about the renewal of my service plan, and thought I'd also schedule a check up for the furnace I had purchased from Blind & Sons about 7 years ago. This rarely happens but I was told that there was a cancellation in my area and the service rep could stop by in a couple hours! Jackpot! The technician, Mike, did a great job. After a call from the main office telling me he'd be here shortly, he was here shortly! Got right to work after explaining fully all the things he was going to check. More good fortune was smiling on us when I was told that the system was operating at full efficiency with no problems. Of course, that's what we bought 7 years ago from Blind -- a top notch system that was going to work well years into the future. So, he buttoned everything up and was on his way after a quick chat about possibly adding a humidifier. All in all another great service call with Blind & Sons, and a great job by our Tech, Mike Dee.

My house is warmer than it has ever been. They are very good and knowledgable for sizing the furnace to the house. I have also seen my natural gas bill cut in half for the heating season.

They were prompt, thorough and very helpful. They were efficient and quick to respond. They were able to get back to us quickly, which was very helpful in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. He disassembled parts of the furnace and explained what he was doing. He examined the humidifier filter medium and said it was not in need of replacement this season. He then ran the furnace and tested the emissions and found them in-spec. He cleaned the burners and condensation lines and reassembled the furnace panels. He cleaned all around the furnace. He replaced the filter medium on the duct and cleaned all around. At all times he was very friendly and polite.

The technician showed up quickly, about 2 hours after having made the call. He was professional, wore 'booties' to protect the floors and he cleaned up afterwards. Additionally, I felt he was honest and trustworthy. Instead of him saying the entire device needed replaced, he fixed the existing one saying it looked to be in good shape.

Great job! He was able to locate the lose wire quickly and didn't charge the full amount because he was about to find the problem in less than typical time. Great job at making sure everything was explained and I understood the cost and work that was going to be done. Will use them in the future!

removal of old system and install of new system initially seemed to go well. however upon further inspection of system a leak was found in the exhaust piping resulting in corrosive exhaust water leaking into furnace. a repair call was scheduled to fix the leak, the service tech just applied silicon sealant in a sloppy manner on piping that was leaking. the service tech told my wife to give a day or two and the leak should stop. after 7 days the pipe still was leaking. scheduled a second service call to repair leak, when service tech arrived he told me did not have required parts to make repair and was going to spray more sealant on leaking pipe and told me we would need to schedule another service appointment to make repairs due to the fact he had no parts to make repairs. at this point i am very upset, two service calls and problem still not being repaired. i called the contractor service department to speak to supervisor. after being on hold several minutes i did speak to a supervisor and expressed my displeasure and asked how could they send out a repair tech to repair the same problem without parts? i told the supervisor i would not accept another patch job and wanted the leak repaired properly and expected the service tech to return to shop and pick up proper parts to fix leak now not on another scheduled service call. the supervisor did agree to do this. after proper parts were picked up proper repair was made, at this point leak seems to have stopped. however the replacement piping is not straight, it is slanted at an angle in two directions. i also noticed that the service tech did cut a small hole in furnace housing from the saw used to remove bad piping. this not a major issue but the furnace is only 6 weeks old and now has a hole cut and several scratches. i am not happy with the sloppy service after the sale and i question the skill level and knowledge of the service techs sent to service the equipment. i would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

It went very good. They didn't have any concerns about my pipes and had no issues fixing it.
