Mike came to the door identified himself. He told me what he was going to do to check out the furnace.

They were very good. We bought the service plan with them. It is $40 for the service call. I have been using them for about 3 or 4 years. They call us and remind us when things need to be done. I make the appointment and they come out and do it. They are very nice and friendly. They answer any questions that I ask them. I will continue to use them.

I had purchased a "Big Deal" replacement of 2 outlets. When the electrician showed up, I explained that the outlets in my 2 upstairs bathrooms had suddenly stopped working, and that I was concerned that they weren't up to code because they didn't have gfci buttons. He asked to see my breaker box, pushed a button on the side (which I never knew was there), and suggested that we check the outlets. Turns out that the gfci went through the breaker box, which he said isn't done anymore, but was common when the house was built. Since I had paid $70 for the outlets, and he didn't charge me anything, I questioned how to go about getting a refund. Since I was also getting an estimate for a new furnace from the same company, I mentioned my refund concern to the "comfort specialist", who credited me with what I paid plus a little more.

They are good. I am happy with them. They did not charge so much and they did a thorough job. They were professional. It was a coupon and they honored the price. I was not charged more. They did the job. They were punctual.

They weren't able to open the drain line to clear it so they couldn't perform the work of the Big Deal I purchased. They let me know there would be no fee and advised me to get a refund from Angie's List. They were punctual and professional and I would consider using them again in the future for a different job!

The technician (#774)was knowledgeable. Explained everything and answered all my questions. He was on time and very professional. He cleaned up when he was finished. His helper 5171 was also very professional.

They were very nice and very cooperative. They were interested in resolving the issue. Nothing against the company, the problem was minor and my son fixed it one day while I was out.

When Denny, tech #860, arrived, he could tell my current water heater was older. If the date on it was correct, it was close to 14 yrs old. He was willing to try the flush and fill, but we decided to go for a new water heater. He replaced the water valve and some gas pipe fixtures also. It was expensive, but I have a good unit, and it will now probably outlast the rest of the house. :) I appreciate the service plan provided to customers. Next year, the flush and fill will be free. And I did get a pricing discount on the unit today, too, with my customer service plan.

They arrived earlier than expected and did a thorough inspection. Ended up replacing three other outlets for the same price! They were professional and punctual with the work and all communication. Highly recommended!

Needed a drain cleared. Called Friday late morning and they told me they were booked until Monday. Dispatch called me back 5 min later and said her had a guy that was finishing a job early, if we still needed help. They were there an hour later! Did the job fast and was very polite. Was very impressed they could help us so quickly, last min!

I decided to use Blind & Sons after I saw their drain cleaning special of $99.00 any drain. I called on Monday morning 7/28/14 to schedule an appointment to have three drains cleaned. The first available appointment was on Wednesday, 7/30/14 whenever a technician was available that day (I passed up an 8 am appt). Mike B, the technician showed up within 5 minutes of customer service calling me. He showed up shortly before 2 pm, was very courteous and polite and went straight to work after I showed him the two sinks and shower drain. He completed the work shortly before 2:30 pm and showed me that all the drains were running very quick. Mike allowed me to use the $25 Blind & Sons gift card I had received in the mail a couple of months ago. The total bill came to $74.00 after using the gift card. We are very pleased with the results. This was our first time using Blind & Sons for drain cleaning services. We have used Blind & Sons for past HVAC projects including our new furnace & AC, semi-annual maintenance on both of these and installation of two hot water tanks.

It all went very well. They are really good and did an excellent job. They will come on Sundays for any emergencies which is a plus.

The plumber tried to clear the drain with a power snake but could not get it cleaned to point of draining. He said the only way they could find out why was to rip out the ceiling in our just newly remodeled kitchen in order for them to cut into the pipes to see why it was not draining. I am not going to rip out my ceiling and I am surprised that they didn't have a scope like many other plumbers and drain professionals do to look down the pipes without tearing them up. I will have to try and find Mr. Rooter or another company who can use a scope to see what's going on. To the credit of the company, they did give us a $45.00 credit because they couldn't get the drain cleared!

Their general demeanor when you call them is wonderful. They are very nice and not conceding. I would recommend them.

Great as always! Today Chester #830 and Jay #858 were my service men. They were friendly, pleasant, professional, & competent. They explained everything in detail and even showed me before and after pictures of my duct cleaning. When they finished, they cleaned up and replaced everything perfectly

The appointment went really well. Three people came out to perform the work. It took them four hours to complete. They cleaned up after themselves. They always come out when they say they will. They always do what we need done. I would tell a friend or family member that they won't be the least expensive but they will do very good work.

I was very impressed! They were on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up and I highly recommend this company! Brad, our tech, was great!

Mike Dee #745 was our technician. He is very courteous and professional. He checked the entire system - inside and outside - and changed the filter. He explains everything and doesn't leave until he is sure that our questions are answered. We always book with Mike for the annual furnace and air conditioning checkups.

I'm very satisfied with them. They were very prompt, very courteous and very professional. They didn't try to make me install something that I didn't need.

Our main line backed up and I called Blind & Sons. This was on Thursday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday (this was the first appointment available). On Saturday they called and said that they would be able to fit me in, if it worked for us. It was a big relief to get the work done. The serviceman was very friendly, professional and thorough. The job was completed in about an hour. We paid $99.00 which was their price for Angie's List members. The charge was very fair. I will definitely use them again.
