Adam A. (tech # 857) arrived on time as promised and got right to checking and servicing our unit. Adam was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain some of the inner workings of our unit and made a couple of maintenance suggestions on ways to prolong and enhance the life of our AC.

Technician was Alex #734. Professional and provided explanations for all work done. Also provided recommendations for proper maintenance of air cleaner between services. Took air cleaner parts outside and washed them. Washed outside compressor as well. Completed the service rather quickly, about 1 hour.

For both projects: Came when scheduled. Were professional in their work. Cleaned up afier the jobs were finished. No hidden costs from the estimate to final costs. Jobs were well done.

The first day I was scheduled and then they never, nobody showed up and they didn't notify me nothing. So then I told them that next day and they scheduled me and came out. The price was good. The only problem I had was when they wouldn't show up when they were suppose to be here.

An excellent job. All the circuits worked correctly the first time the power was turned on after the replacement. They have continued to work without any problems in the 3 weeks since the work was done. The work they did passed my city's inspection the first time.

They did a good job and cleaned up the mess when they where done.

I won a "consolation prize" of a free furnace and AC tune-up from Blind & Sons during a contest at WNIR's radio. The tech came out on May 28 and asked if we could only do the AC tune up (he said it was going to be too hot in my attic to work on the furnace and he had a busy day ahead of him). He completed the job in 90 minutes and said that the AC unit was old but in great condition. He recommended I schedule a free estimate for a new furnace and AC because they had great rebates going on right now. Fast forward 3-4 hours and my AC unit will not turn on. I look at the unit outside, find screws laying on the cement slab, notice a panel on the unit has a pinched lip, and is not seated correctly. I called their service line, was told my tech is off for the day but she will dispatch the on-call tech immediately. Five hours later, I still hadn't heard from anyone at the company, so I called the service line to see when they will be out. Twice in a row, as soon as I said my name, they hang up. The third person answers and says "No one has called you yet?" She then apologizes, lets me know how busy they were today, and informs me a tech will call as soon as possible to let me know when he will be out to my house. I have now been without AC for over 21 hours (house sits at a toasty 85 degrees), and there has been zero communication from Blind & Sons. It's safe to assume Blind & Sons has chosen to enjoy their Memorial Day weekend, rather than fixing the damage their tech has caused. On the bright side, I got to relive what it was like growing up in the 80's before my family got AC. On the super disappointing side, I have to either cancel, or move the cookout from my house to another family member. Blind & Sons website touts a "100% satisfaction guarantee;" to date, I've only experienced incompetent techs and disinterested customer service reps.

I have to praise the superb work done by Ken and Aaron on our HVAC system!!! It was a HOT spring day, and they worked hard ALL DAY to get everything done. Not only did they install a new furnace and AC unit, but they "landscaped"/dug out a bush and leveled the dirt to install the new unit to code. Because it was a warm day, they stayed well past lunch time to make sure the unit was running for us in our home BEFORE they went to lunch! I tried to tell Ken that he needed to take a break and eat, but he insisted. WOW A second crew showed up later in the afternoon to help finish the project so that everyone could get home to their families on time. They cleaned up and made it look like they were never here. I am sure that we paid more for this HVAC system and service than some other companies, but you can't put a price on trust, respect, and consistency. These gentleman were polite and hard-working. I recommend them to anyone!

They put a camera in the pipe and said there was nothing they could do. They told me I would need to get a totally new pipe for $5000.00. I was able to get another company to come out to power wash it for $40. I knew from my personal experience they were being dishonest. The tech argued with me about how the build up couldn't get power washed and replace the entire system.

Mike and Logan cleaned our duct work today. It took about as long as they quoted and were polite and professional throughout their time here. Showed up on time. Cleaned up after themselves as they went. Kept us updated on their progress as they worked. Highly recommend this company! We have used them in two homes over the past 8 years, and we will continue to use them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

They are very courteous and do a good job. I have been using them for about 5 years.

We have always used Blind & Sons for a rental property. The service in the past has been good. This time we called on a Friday. Service was scheduled for Monday. At noon Monday, our tenant called to say no one had arrived (they have been unable to use the kitchen sink since Friday). My husband called the office and someone was sent within 30 minutes . The tenant stated the service man was rude, would not tell them what was going on. He took the trap off the pipe under the sink but didn't bother to put it back on right or tighten it. He told my husband tree roots were in the outside drain & there was nothing he could do and to call the office. When we called the office, they wanted to send out a salesperson to talk about installing all new plumbing lines from the house to the street. There was never a mention of sending someone out to clear the tree debris from the drain. Needless to say, we will not be using this company again.

Kenny, Aaron and Joe were right on time! They were very conscientious and courteous. Kenny did a great job explaining to me as the job ensued. They did run into some problems with putting the system in, but they took care of all of it quickly and efficiently. There were no surprise add-on costs for me. The guys did a great job cleaning up everything! Very, very happy with my new AC and the excellent service I was given.

The electrician Eric Layne was wonderful. Very informative and professional and courteous!

Chris cleaned and inspected 2 heat pumps and 2 furnace systems, he made a few recommendations and was very thorough and efficient. The work performed was part of a service agreement therefore is covered by monthly installments.

Eric cleared an exterior drain that was clogged with roots and sediment. I received same day service and the work performed was very thorough. Many thanks!

The service went fine. Everything went fine. They showed up on time. They were courteous. They cleaned up. Everything was good. There were no extra charges to the $99 Big Deal cost. The price was fine. They were there right on-time. I would possibly use them again.

Our original A/C system compressor failed at the end of last season. We decided to replace the complete system rather than repair the failed unit. We conducted a competitive bid process with 5 local providers each representing a different manufacturer's A/C. Blind and Sons came out on top, so we selected them and we were very pleased with their work. The selling, proposal, explanation, and installation were all handled in a professional manner and we would recommend them without hesitation

In 2015 the old furnace and all the duct work were removed for a new unit sold and installed by Blind And Sons. At the moment the addition of an air conditioner unit was in mind but not in the books. Fast forward to 2016. The house has never had central air, only wall units. Wanted to take an opportunity before the weather got too warm and Blind And Sons would get too busy. Since they still had the house dimensions on file they were able to make a quick recommendation. Went with a Lennox 14 SEER, 2.5 ton unit. Installation included a pad for the unit to sit on, electrical from the panel, and integration with the furnace. Took into consideration the best location for the outdoor unit to be. The installation lasted about 6 hours. Tested the functionality and cleaned up before leaving.

The electricity was very nice and professionalism, he explain to me I had a loose switch behind my light panel. I had another light panel that need to be fix at the same time, he said it would cost me around $259.00 to replace the hold panel.
