Our 15-year old A/C unit failed during the recent record heat for September. Rick came out the next day and determined the right unit for the size of our house and explained the various models they carry (Lennox). He gave us a fair price and about 36 hours later Randal and Skip arrived to put it in. They were courteous, professional and knowledgable. We've hired Blind and Sons on several occasions over the past five years or so for lighting, electrical and A/C and each time the people have been top notch. Don't hesitate to hire them if you need a professional in any area of their expertise.

From getting the free estimate, to the end of the installation process,the service was excellent! I got 3 estimates from local companies - their price was over $300.00 lower than the others! Everyone arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and professional.The work was done in a timely manner.I placed the order on Wednesday afternoon 9/7/16. The unit installation started around noon on Friday 9/9/16 and was done by 5:00 p.m Great crew !(Jay, Josh and Ryan) I was given helpful hints to maximize cooling of the house. They left no mess! I would definitely recommend using this company . I have used them in the past (installed a furnace /AC unit in my home in 2005) good service, and quality!

They never showed up! It clearly states that they service Cuyahoga county, specifically Lakewood. I scheduled a service call for Monday after lunch. I waited till 3pm and still no call. I called the office and was informed that they currently do not service Lakewood due to a shortage of electricians. I wasted a entire day waiting.

Very impressed with the tech that came out, explained to me what caused the issue, and how to correct it. Very professional! As hot (about 95F) as it was to get someone out within a couple of hours was amazing. Was called twice about the tech arriving, did call once as he was running about 15 min late. But was a prompt response and appreciated.

They were at the Home and Flower show. My mother was a hospice patient on O2 and could not be without. They assured me their price was fair and even discounted. I learned after that the unit was far overpriced. Had a problem with the keys to the unit. They were called repeatedly and refused to return my call. Now 3 years later it will not work and they refuse to come out.It is conveniently out of their current service area. They will not return calls. Very poor customer service.

Initially started with new A/C system, but during installation technicians discovered heat exchanger was cracked. Was considering replacement anyway so it was an opportunity to get both done for reasonable price. Work was done over a couple of days but workers were efficient and thorough.

Originally planned to only replace A/C, but during that process a cracked heat exchanger was disocvered. Decided to go ahead and have both done at once. Workers were thorough and efficient and process was smooth.

When the salesperson arrived, he was initially courteous and explained what services we needed and the cost to install just a furnace. He gave us the price ($3200 for a new 80% efficiency furnace) and I told him I would need to talk to my wife about it before purchasing, to which he said he would wait by his truck for my answer. My wife and I decided we wanted to go through with the purchase, but wanted a night to sleep on it before signing the paperwork. I told the salesperson I wanted a night to sleep on it and he said to me (direct quote), "can I ask you a wise-ass question? Why did you even have me come out then?" He seemed upset by the fact that I didn't make a $3200 decision in the 3 minutes my wife and I spoke about the offer. It was at that point I decided we would no longer be doing business with Blind and Sons due to the lack of professionalism by their salesperson. We will no longer be contacting Blind and Sons for any of our future home improvement projects.

From the moment they entered my home this morning, it was truly a first class experience. Jay and Ryan were professional, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. The salesman, Jim Jones, was also very courteous and professional and was able to get the service scheduled very quickly which was very much appreciated with the weather approaching 90 degrees and my house being very warm.

They were polite. They came out in a matter of days and fixed the problem for me.

They are top-notch. They are very professional. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up when they say they are going to show up. I wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Great job. The garbage grinder doesn't seem to perform as well as it should. Randy Watson, the technician fixed the problem quickly, and explained why the drain may not be working as well as it should. We use Blind for plumbing, electric and heating/cooling.

There was a four man crew that came in to perform the work, they were very friendly and professional. The foreman made sure that I was good with where the a/c unit was placed and they kept me in the loop throughout the day. The whole process took about eight hours which was very impressive. They left my basement cleaner than they found it. I was very impressed with the crew. Although I probably could have paid less for the services with another company, I'm very happy that I used them. I was comfortable with them in my home for the day, and they were very responsive to anything I asked or requested.

These guys are AMAZING. I had not changed my filter in years and my outdoor coils were so clogged up i had no air coming in and Chris Garvas came over and within an hour my AMps are down to almost normal again and its working fine! I will only use you guys from now on - and i will call every 6 month i promise for a tune up/checkup! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and came earlier than expected.

Two men arrived with all necessary equipment and complete system purchase on truck. No need to leave the premise to get missing tools or parts. The men worked on the installation all day. Did not track any dirt or in to the house. Covered rugs and wore booties. Professional work and very polite. Answered questions along the way. Great job and documentation left after demonstrating new equipment and functions.

The person who came out had a lot of experience in the industry. He did a repair and even did a preventative measure. I have not had any problems since.

We have dealt with Blind for most of 25 years. They retrofitted our steam heated house with AC more than 22 years ago. Now it was time for a new AC condenser unit which is actually a heat pump. Excellent job! They maintain both AC and steam boiler for us annually. They are not actually the least expensive, but I find them the most dependable.

The service Technician was very professional, courteous and complete. He explained what he was doing and why, answered all my questions including the anticipation of questions that he responded too prior to me asking. Cleaned up after himself and returning the areas he worked in back to there original condition.

it went well. i've done business with them for years, very punctual, polite, give good feedback and advice. they are very good at scheduling appointments and calling ahead for apoointments

It was a great experience. They were able to get my unit in within 3 days, during the hottest day of the year. The price was great. The installers were professional and left my place spotless. Everyone at the company was easy to work with. Top notch.

Work was done promptly and expertly, I was given good advise in preventing the kitchen drain clogging up again. Pleasant, prompt and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

Tech was on time, neat, personable and took he time explaining helpful hints to taking care of my AC

Estimator was very professional and due to the units being located in our attic scheduled their replacement when the temperature was not going to be over 80 degrees for their employees safety. That meant I only had to wait 3 days instead of possible weeks due to their extremely packed schedule. Installers were also very professional and cleaned up nicely after the job was done which tok the majority of a full day.
