This was my second call to them after a very successful electrical visit. I called them around 11:00 and they were able to get somebody out within 2 hours to make the repairs. I had the shut-off valves for my washing machine fail and several other people that I called quoted me between $500 and $1,000 to do the repairs which included replacing the wall box and all the plumbing. The technician from Blind and Sons came out and looked at everything and assessed that only the faucets needed to be replaced everything else was still in good shape. Quoted me only $200 for the repair and completed it in approximately 15 minutes there were no leaks everything was good I was very happy. I would absolutely recommend their services I've already used them twice and plan to use them for several other projects at my new home.

HVAC Replacement - crew arrived punctually, was extremely professional, and was able to finish a little ahead of schedule. Duct Cleaning - crew arrived just a little earlier than estimated. My floors had only been sanded&refinished 5 days earlier. I had put down red rosin paper everywhere necessary, but I requested extra care with their shoe covers. They were very understanding of the situation. My ducts had never been cleaned in 61 years, so there was significant debris, and old cigarette tar made it difficult to remove. They got all of it out. Now my AC is running quieter, and the cycles are notably shorter, so I'm sure this is cutting my electric bill. At the same time, my air quality is *vastly* improved. The price wasn't the lowest, but they gave me the most confidence that everything would be done right the first time, and I wouldn't need a lot of service calls outside of yearly maintenance. So far, I'm extremely happy with Blind & Sons.

We would unconditionally recommend Blind & Sons for your AC needs. When our AC quit, they responded within 48 hours (the "other guys" showed up without the requisite freon & rescheduled for a week later!). When the leak persisted, we knew it was time to replace the unit. Needless to say, Blind & Sons was on the shortlist for contracting the work. The Blind & Sons estimate was not the cheapest but the price was competitive, their product offerings are well regarded by HVAC pros, and we appreciated their no-nonsense sales quote that didn't include confusing, inapplicable options. And the 0 percent financing was a pleasant surprise! Our project was more complicated than most with an attic-installed air handler and an outside compressor. We got the A-Team. Four guys removed the old and installed the new in about 5 hours. All were personable, respected our home, and passed muster with our labrador (who is an excellent judge of character!)

Although the leak turned out to be worse than I thought which required more work to be done, the job went flawlessly. The end result is functional and clean and looks great.
