They're prompt. They're courteous. They're knowledgeable. They follow up. They don't try to gouge you. Their posted rates are what they charge. They don't try to top sell and sell additional services, pieces and parts that you don't need. It's just an honest and straightforward approach. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Went really well. Ray and Ron was very professional. They kept the work area clean. They explained everything that they did. Also explained what I needed to do to maintain the furnace and humidifier that was attached.

Very well - he listened to my suggestions, worked quickly, and the outlet functions without a hitch. He explained how the outlet and circuit breaker worked, and what I needed to do.

The technician was very thorough and did all the service items for the generator, including changing the oil and filter. He performed tests so we know that everything is running properly. He also did a thorough check of our electrical panels and made some suggestions such as installing a GFI outlet in the laundry room. Even though this was a free service, he spend a good amount of time testing existing outlets.

Their service is good. I would use them forever. He's one of those old fashioned guys where if you need him he'll be there for you. He offers a good price and no one is more experienced than he is. His father was a plumber so he learned from him. He knows what he's doing and he's great with people.

He used the snake and it broke through the blockage.

William A. Obviously has a deep knowledge of geothermal units. He was the first technician to truly diagnose the problem and resolve it after years of wondering.

They arrived on time, were clean and professional, explained what they were going to do, kept me in constant communication as they went along, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. One of the best service companies I have dealt with. Also my sales guy was very good. Addressed my concerns and help me get the system I needed.

Blind & Sons crew, Jay, Josh and Ron, did an excellent job. Each of the workers was professional and worked non-stop from the time they arrived until the job was completed. Jay was the crew leader and supervised all phases of the job that was performed by Josh and Ron. All employees arrived on time, were respectful of the homeowner and the premises, and were diligent in their respective jobs. They did not even take a lunch break! After they were done, they familiarized us with the new products, the features, and how to use them. I unequivocally recommend this company to anyone who needs these type of services. I would also use them again. Product came with 10 year warranty on BOTH parts and labor.

In all cases we have found the blind service people to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They are prompt and always clean up after themselves. They get back to us when they say they will. I really like that I can call one company for the majority of my home maintenance items. They have all my service records and share the information when a different serviceman is doing the work. We have spent thousands of dollars at Blind and keep calling them back, so I guess that says it all.

Blind & Sons provided a great service from the first phone call to get a quote to the following phone call to verify everything working to our satisfaction. The process of getting a quote, to the installation of the A/C unit, has to be one of the easist process's I have experienced with a contractor to date. Everyone that I talked to from the represenative on the phone, the salesman, an the installers were all very professional and curtious. My A/C unit completely died and they were able to get a new unit installed in less then a week, everyone else was two to three weeks out. The installers Chris Krupa, Hank G, and Kevin Mcgee were great. They exlained everthing that they were going to do before they did it and entire area that they were working in inside and outside was cleaner then when they arrived to perform the work. I really appreciated the attention to detail and TAKING THERE TIME TO INTALL the A/C unit. They were there for 6 hours. They even showed us how to operate the wall controls and shared some basic maintanice tips to keep things running well. I will definetly recommend Blind & Sons to others if they have Heating or A/C needs. Thank you.

I guess they don't come here anymore, don't come to my area anymore they told me. They are the one that installed it. Come and do it, come and do it but they don't want to. They were kind of pricey.

I went down the basement to take notes on the maintenance so that I could do it in the future. It took me about 3 seconds to realize that his expertise was well worth having Blind & Son's handle maintenance of furnace and a/c. Thank you!

Sales consultant Rick was absolutely awesome and paired us with a great system. The final job completed by installers Kenny and Ray was as good as it can get in terms of preparedness, knowledge, and workmanship. From the initial phone call right down the install, Blind and Son's impressed. The conversation to schedule a consultation was handled professionally and courteously and I was able to get an appointment in a very timely fashion. Our Comfort Consultant Bill, analyzed our needs and made an excellent, efficient and affordable system recommendation for our home. He responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had after we agreed to move forward. His tenure in the business certainly shows, he is very knowledgeable and gave very good advice on what was needed. Kenny, Ray and Ron performed a lot of work during the one day installation of all of the units. They arrived when scheduled and worked efficiently and professionally. They kept me in the loop and explained the systems they installed to my satisfaction. Quality of work is excellent with little or no problems encountered with the installs. The components functioned very smoothly from the start. Definitely recommend based on my experience.

Eric Layne (#933) came out to the house at the scheduled time. He took a look at the ceiling fan and provided a quote to replace it. I provided the new fan. He said the labor to install it would be $200, very reasonable in my opinion. I hired him on the spot. Eric did a fantastic job installing the new fan and also replacing the wall switch with a new fan controller switch. Very professional and courteous service. He cleaned up the work area and even helped me move the table and chairs back into position. Top-shelf customer service. I would definitely have Blind and Sons come back out.

When they came, I think they were fine. I think it's as good as other companies. They showed up on time. Professionalism was fine.

Install went very well with them showing up just when they said that they would be there. Very professional install team of Randy and Skip did a great job at our house and I would recommend Blind & Sons to anyone.

Mike and Aaron called ahead to share what time they would be arriving...They were on time, told us exactly what they would being do and how long the cleaning would take...After the cleaning, they showed us the canister full of dust and lint that had accumulated over the past few years...Not easy to look at, that is for sure...I highly recommend Blind and Sons to take care of all of your home care needs.

The sales person Eric was very helpful, not pushy, answered my questions and provided a reasonable price. The 3 install gentlemen were wonderful to work with. They were professional, friendly, and efficient.

superb. the leader stayed until the job was complete at 8pm and did not cut corners to get out quickly. i have not been impressed with a company in a long time until now. will without a doubt use this company again and again.
