Everyone said they had the best prices and they are really good. It was a great price, and I was happy with them. They have not done any maintenance. I thought it was a good job, until May when it got hot. I tried to turned on my air. They disconnected my air conditioner, and never hooked it back up. When I called them in May, they told me it might be five days. I said, I'm sorry I can't wait five days. Its extremely hot. My dog is panting, and I'm panting. She said, that is the best we can do. I called somebody else. That was the end of it, because like I said. Why take out a furnace, and disconnect the air conditioner, you would not reconnect it. They didn't do it right, and I called, and they said, it would be three days, but likely five days. I then called and called back. I had called back to talk to an supervisor there after somebody else came out, after I found out what the problem was. I thought my air conditioner had died. When the other guy came out here and said it had been disconnected. It was a nice furnace. If you unhook an air conditioner, you need to re-hook it. If I had an air conditioner hooked up to my furnace, and they take it away. I think you should re-hook the air conditioner back up. I think you should reconnect it. I tried twice to talk to somebody about, and they never returned my calls. They wanted me to sign off on it, so the city could do an inspection. I said, not until I hear about somebody about the other problem. I never heard from them again. They were real attentive about putting the furnace in, but not about the problem. They were late. When the salesman came out to sell me the furnace, he was real professional, and very nice. The guys who came in and put the furnace in was not professional, they left some stuff behind. I said it was ok, the furnace is working great. That was fine. They never called me back.

Went well. The professional gave me tips on how to save money. This was really helpful.

Over the last couple weeks, I've had service for both plumbing, and electrical, my phone number ends in 1416. I am overly impressed with the fast response, and quality of work...

Almost well until the outside panel door was placed leaving large gaps and holes in the drywall. When I asked for repair or remediation for this eyesore. I was told that damage to the drywall was the risk I the client would have to take on myself. My original box was much smaller than the one they replaced it with. So basically the cut a hole that was too big or improperly placed the box in the opening they created.

The electrician dlrecommended me 110v instead 220v but this was a bad advice...the hot tub will not perform as expected in terms of energy consumption and heat speed

It went well. He found one small part that was defective part and I am waiting for him to install it. The service man did a good job finding the defective part. The clean and check cost about 150.00 dollars. The cost of the new part including labor was about 140.00 dollars.

I made an appointment a week in advance. Blind and Sons was unable to confirm a time due to the high volume of calls. I stayed home on the day of my appointment and waited for the plumber to call, at 11:30 someone called and said due to previous appointments they would not be out and would need to reschedule. I found this to be very unprofessional as I had to take time off from my job to wait. Apparently, they are not interested in aquiring new customers.

Had an appointment and they called and said they were not going to be able to make it today. Too busy!! Next appointment is 5 days away and not guaranteed. Don't waste your time if you are not a "preferred customer".

Went good, did job efficiently and gave suggestions on how to improve system

Wonderful. We have our annual a/c maintenance coming up but we have had a contract with them and the previous companies they purchased for over 10 years.

There was no charge because it was part of the contract. He was thorough, very professional and personable. They all are. Everybody that comes out is that way. You don't get somebody with the long hair, tattoos, and greasy hair. They are all very professional. It is expected and obvious. I have never had anything negative. My husband is not handy, and I do a lot of the handy work. One time, I got tired of our sink dripping and so I took the sink apart. The problems was that our house at the time was 33 years old, and everything was frozen. When I finally got it loose, we had a mess and no faucet at all. We called Blind and Sons around 8:30 and they sent somebody from a different town out at 10:00 at night to fix it. I can depend on them to come no matter what the problem is or when. I couldn't complain at all about them.

We have a contract with them. You pay so much and they come out and inspect your furnace and air conditioner. We usually have that done right before winter and spring. They check everything to make sure it's solid. They are very personable. They spent a lot of time, and they were working. They would get "A"s across the board. They are very professional and they handle themselves professionally. All of their technicians are very personable and skilled. I can't think of anything they could improve on.

They were professional, on time, answered any questions I may have had about the installation and how things work. They were Johnny on the spot in terms of information and they cleaned up well. The worker was pleasant and professional.

The guys were great and easy to work with. The unit looks great and couldn't be happier. No mess left behind and will definitely recommend.

This company definitely deserves 5 stars. If i could give it more I would. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dave was our sales rep. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He was not pushy like a lot of other sales reps. The price he quoted us was great for a furnace and an ac. We did a little bit of research before him as well. They were the best price and we liked how they are very big on customer service (myself also being in sales, that is very important to me). Dave came over on Saturday and it was installed on Tuesday. Very quick service. We ended up needing some duct work as well which they weren't aware was something we were going to be needing. They were so accommodating and helped us out with that. I will be recommending them to many others. I appreciate their business. Thank you Blind and Sons :)

I set up times online but never heard from them to confirm or reschedule

It was not very good. They had it off warranty once it was drained and on when it wasn't. Interactions with them were fine.

The technician wasn't very courteous. We had a leak after he left so the company had to come back the next day and install a pressure relief valve. They didn't charge us any extra for it. The one guy was great, the other was horrible. The second guy was great. They acknowledged their mistake and made it right within a day. I had a leak and I was collecting water in a bucket so they knew they had to come back soon.

There were two workers, they were very easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves it was fine.

They set up a date for the service once. I had to cancel the appointment since I was not able to meet them. after that, the company did not set up another date for the service since my house is out of their service area. I have to refund it.

It went well. The gentleman knew his business, was very professional and pleasant to deal with and answered any questions I had.

Just ok. He did not install it where I asked and then charged me for an outlet that I provided. I didn't notice Until after he left that I was over charged. I thought their hourly rate was very high.
