Had new HVAC and electric panel placed. Everyone went above and beyond. I have an older home with knob and tube so I had to have them come back out to tweak the panel labeling. John was very hopeful in figuring out what was on each breaker..the kights, outlets, appliances, etc and labeled every single one of them. Nor was I charged for this call..they were awesome all around!!

The tech was great! He was personable and friendly. From scheduling my appointment with the customer service team to having them out to my home, it all went well! Thank you.

We got our new AC installed in 2019 and it went wonderfully. Work was done fast and efficiently and was done in time before a big heat wave. DeJohn came out last week to check on the unit for free to make sure it was good to go for this summer. He was very nice and knowledgable and we even bought a new air filter based on his recommendations. We will always call Blind for our Heating and Cooling needs, as well as Electric and Plumbing if we need it!

Instead of a costly rewire, the electrician suggested a GFI outlet oh, and the problem was solved for 1/3 the cost.

Robert came for a diagnostics visit and was able to identify the problem. Came back two days later and fixed everything very quickly. On time for both visits and very friendly/professional. Price was cheaper than almost all quotes I received. I will definitely use Blind and Sons and Robert specifically for any future home projects.

They replied to my request immediately, the salesman came the next day and the installation was completed within the week. Very quick, very professional and friendly workers. They were here for ten hours, finished everything and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Got a quote that was to high to replace the panel. Did not hire them. Turned out the panel just needed new brakers.

Called for their Air Conditioning check/tune-up. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, I arranged to take time off from work and a day before the service they cancelled. I had to wait another 3 week for them to come out, again arranged to take time off of work, and they cancelled the day before again. I wasn't going to let them do it to me a 3rd time so I just cancelled completely.

They responded to my email with an email that they would contact me in a couple of days. They called 3 days later, but I already scheduled repair with company who called me the same day as my email. Would try again if needed.

Office was a little hard to deal with, and the price was a little higher than average, especially since I provided the new fixture, but the plumber who came was tops in every department. I felt that he knew his trade and did a very professional job for me, was helpful and courteous and was on time left no mess behind.

We had a leaky spigot on the outside of the house (only when in use) that needed to be fixed. My husband is very handy but isn't always able get to things right away, so I decided to call a plumber. Blind and Sons were highly rated and relatively local, so I went ahead and agreed to pay the $60 service call fee. They mentioned that if I move forward on the work and use a coupon, the $60 is waived. I wanted it fixed, so I thought it was a no-brainer. The technician came out and immediately wanted to see where the spigot comes into the basement. While down there, he mentioned the access panel (finished basement) wasn't very large and that he may need to cut out more drywall to better access the pipe and do the soldering. Since there was also a large, multi-section desk below the access panel, he requested I move it or disassemble it. It was too much for me to do on my own at that point, so we agreed to have him come back. I was quoted $311 which was to replace a fitting and install a new 12" sillcock. A couple days later, my husband fiddled around with that spigot, realized the problem and fixed it without a dime spent anywhere. He didn't need to do anything at all in the basement or the access panel. It was all outside. Therefore, no cut drywall, no moving awkward furniture, etc. He is going to order a $5 part since he discovered something worn, but it has already stopped leaking even without it. I thought it was odd that the whole sillcock needed to be replaced, but who am I to second guess a qualified plumber. Anyways, my non-qualified husband figured it out in minutes and saved us the large expense. But I am still out $60 for what I feel was a poor diagnosis and inflated price to fix. I will NEVER call on them again.

It was one of the most professional and high quality plumbing jobs I've experienced. The crew was on time and the job went exactly as they had prescribed in their on-site estimating session. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

They were pretty good and price was reasonable. I would consider using them again if I need the service in the future.

I called to replace kitchen facucet hose for spray. Was told could not be fixed needed to replace, and could purchase item I wanted and they would return next day to install, for $300.00. I thought it was a bit high, but I wanted it done ASAP. Next day plumber, Karl came on time and attempted to install. He said attached hose was too short to install to water source. Karl said I needed to get a fixture without any pre-installed hoses, but said he didn't know of any model of if they one in shop, and he " would have to research it". I called Lowe's to ask if they had any kitchen spray faucets without attached hoses so that longer hoses could be attached. I was told they are not made without attached hoses, better to get another hose to attache to the end of per-installed hose with a coupler to make needed length. I called Blind and asked for plumbing supervisor around 11AM. He returned my call the next AM before I turned on my phone. He never called back. I purchased a separate hose and coupler. Another plumber came and attached the faucet and hoses for $39.

They do a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We had a tankless water heater that we needed swapped out with the same model. All we needed was for the one to be unhooked and taken down, and the new one put in place. The project was less than an hour. It had to be done by a licensed plumber, and we needed it done as soon as possible. They came out while I was at work and my mom went over to my home. In the middle of my busy day, I had to field multiple calls about the job, including the price. I just wanted it done, so I agreed and didn't think much of it. Upon realization of the little actual work that needed done, I was very upset with the price. After waiting for over a week to speak to the manager, he had no issue with the price. I feel like we were taken advantage of because we needed to have it done and we couldn't be home to talk in person. I will never use this company again! I have received quotes from other plumbers and companies that are over HALF the price that we paid. Definite buyers remorse!

Extremely disappointed. Purchasing a home (closing on 2/27) and getting quotes from different contractors so work could commence immediately upon closing. Service provider would not come to the home to give an estimate on anything until I was the owner....however, I have several other providers coming to estimate. Confused as to why estimates couldn't be given if work wasn't due to commence until after we owned the home. None the less, I find this to be frustrating, unnecessary and unprofessional.
