The experience was great. The company called shortly before the arrival of the technician. He was polite and nice. He also wore protective gear due to the virus. This was much appreciated. The air conditioner is now ready for the spring and summer heat. Thanks.

Jabreel is an extremely great guy. He knows how to connect and carry a conversation. Was efficient and professional. We pay the monthly check-up fee for furnace and air conditioner. He made two recommendations for maintenance needs which we accepted. The cost of service below is the cost of the two extra maintenance repairs.

Blind & Sons are fantastic. They installed my system about 10 years ago and continue to provide excellent maintenance services. I even had them perform some plumbing work and it was fantastic. A previous plumber said that an outside spigot could not be changed, but Blink and Sons did it. Highly recommended!

I was extremely worried with our current state of unease over covid19 to even keep this appointment. Our tech arrived wearing full protective gear which I was so appreciative of. He answered all my questions and concerns with our aging system. He recommended some work but never pressured me to do any more than I was comfortable with. We've been using Blind and Sons for about 8 years and can't imagine calling any other HVAC provider.

Eric did an excellent job! I had another electrical company hang the fan originally and they cut corners. Eric quickly took apart the fan diagnosed the problem and corrected the issues. The other company said “some fans just wobble” which is laughable and embarrassing for that company. I am very happy I called and would hire Blinds and Sons again! Eric thank you for the experimental service you should be commended by your superiors! Thank you!

Technician was on time, courteous and professional with his assessment. Could have taken some time and showed me the actual corrosion he noted in the electric control box.
