 + -1 moreThey did our sidewalk and steps. Sidewalk looks great. Steps are a horror. The face of steps and porch were rough and not a uniform color. Corners were lumpy and excess concrete at ground line. Will need to add more dirt to cover gap at bottom. Concrete splattered all over steps

 + -1 moreCalled for a estimate for a new retaing wall. Gentleman showed up to look over the job, and saidhe would mail an estimate out. That was two weeks ago. I guess some business don;t need the work.

Description of Work: We had an inground pool built and Lehman Landscaping was hired to do the significant amount of landscaping required. The estimate for the work was approximately $40,000 and a written estimate of that effect was received. Then several changes were made during the course of the work and on at least 4 occasions, Mr. Lehman was asked to submit a new written estimate. At no time was the estimate received. The work continued until his $40,000 was paid and, at that time, work continued and Mr. Lehman was notified that no further payment would be received without written notification of the increased pricing. At the completion of the job, he submitted an updated bill for $29,000. He was told we would not pay this amount as we never gave him authorization. He asked for our recommendation and we agreed to pay him another $10,000. He remains unsatisfied and has hired an attorney. His work was shoddy, his response to our request for an updated estimate was never received and he is uninterested in acknowledging our specific complaints with the way this project proceeded.
