Description of Work: Very good service and good price. He made adjustments to material as requested using cedar rails instead of pressure treated wood.

Description of Work: I tried calling this supplier numerous times with no call back. The guys voice mail was full after several calls so I was unable to leave additional messages. Finally reached the owner Keith the week before Father's Day 2015. He said he would stop by on the Monday after Father's Day to give me an estimate. He never showed, never called back, even after texting him my address as he requested he did not respond to texts or calls. I ended up giving up and going with a different provider. I do not care how busy or understaffed you are if you operate a business then you need to be able to respond to everyone is some way shape or form, even if it is to tell them you do not have the capacity to do the job.

Description of Work: I asked for a privacy fence in the back yard. Fence was installed after several weeks of rain, with damaged, moldy pine wood. After talking with Keith, he replaced the entire fence with cedar wood. It looks great now.

Description of Work: This was the second time that we used Keith. We were impressed the first fencing job and the second did not disappoint. Timeliness was an issue this time around but this appeared to be due to unusual weather rather than issues in planning.

Description of Work: I called in desperate need of having a fence installed (dog escaped onto busy road). Keith,owner, happened to be getting off the freeway at my exit for an appt. He said he could stop between appts., which he did. He was knowledgeable, fair and compassionate. When he found out the circumstances involving the dog, he bumped the install to immediately after utilites were marked. Great workers, great job...I'm very happy.

Description of Work: I spoke to the provider and he said he would come by and give me a quote for a fence. I texted him my address as requested but I never heard back from him.

Description of Work: Installed cast aluminum fence from existing privacy fence, around a large pergola and then across. The front of the yard to the garage. Also removed a small portion of old fence. Also a gate was installed. It looks great!

Description of Work: I had fencing along 2 sides of my backyard (I back to botanical garden). He also added a double gate on one side and single on the other. In addition he added a strong green plastic wire (heavier than chicken wire) so my young boxer could not get out. Very prompt and done in merely hours.

Description of Work: I recently moved into my new home and needed to fence the yard for my dog. Keith came out right away, gave a fair estimate and I looked at fence he just completed. I knew after seeing his work that this was exactly what I wanted. He and his work crew were quick to start and did a great job! My neighbors commented how quickly they worked and how nice the fence looks. Great quality, great job!

Description of Work: He first had a employee build the fence but when he came to inspect it, it was all wrong. At his own expense he redid the entire job promptly in 2 days.

Description of Work: We had a fence covering a large area to contain our dog installed. The fence looks better than what I had envisioned, they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Overall, I give a B rating to my fence repair project. Keith was prompt with the initial inspection and estimate. However, I had to follow up 3 separate times to get him to actually do the work. He often said he was too busy to get the work done. The last time I called to follow up, he was certain the job had already been done, but of course, it hadn't been.
