Amazing! Rich was courteous (removed his shoes), confident in his knowledge of how to resolve the problem and found the root of the issue and repaired it without hesitation. I would hire him in an instant and recommend him to all around the Fairfield County area.

We didn't realize that our electrical panel was out dated and considered a fire hazard until the contractor we hired to redo our master bath noted this as a problem. Our contractor (Elite Remodeling) recommended Richard's company. Richard contacted me immediately after hearing from Elite and we were able to set up a convenient time for him to examine our existing panel and schedule a day for replacement. rIchard said he would start at 9:30 and arrived exactly on time. He and Ethan explained what they would do and then also noted that I had another bad panel (unbeknownst to me!) outside by our air conditioning units that were also problematic. Because Richard knew I was under a budget constraint and because he hadn't seen this second box initially, he replaced both boxes at only a slight increase over his original estimate. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up nicely. All the way through the process they happily answered any of my questions. I feel that I got a great job at a reasonable price and would both use Shepard's again and recommend others use them, too.
