We hired the company to drywall a 960 ft.² apartment inside of our pole barn. They said originally it would take one week to complete the job and it took them almost 3 weeks to complete it so we weren’t very happy with that. Also, the guy who came out and sold us the job was never back on site nor supervising the crew. One year later, and we are even more disappointed than when it was finished. We expect there to be some settling, but there is a large crack in almost every room. There’s about 15 to 30 nail pops in every room and cracks in tons of corners. I would never hire this company to drywall anything. The property itself looks great, except for the shotty drywall work. Buyer beware.

Communication was terrible from the beginning to the end. I was not informed of exactly when the drywall was being delivered to my home as I was told I would be, or when workers were scheduled to work. Luckily I was home on these occasions. I was also not informed that 3 or 4 different crews would be working to install the drywall: Installers, tapers, mudders, ceiling texture and cleanup. I assumed it would be one crew. This was confusing as one guy from one crew would tell us one thing, then someone else from another crew would tell us something different. Phone calls were not always returned. I had to call the owner several times to request workers return to finish items that were left undone and also to return and clean up properly. There were chunks of dried mud compound left on almost every outlet box, as well as some of the light switches, which were no where near where the drywall was replaced. The owner never came out to inspect any of the work as I was expecting he would do. I was also invoiced before the job was completed when he indicated payment was not due until the job was done. I don't know if this was too small of a job, but the communication and customer service was just not there.
Description of Work: Due to my 1800 sq ft finished basement flooding, the bottom 2 feet of drywall was cut out during the clean up. I needed new drywall installed 2 feet up from the floor.

Description of Work: I had a day scheduled my ceiling to be repaired. I also asked for a phone call the night before if they weren't coming so wouldn't miss work. They didn't come to work and didn't give me a call. I left a phone message to owner telling him my disappointment. I never heard back from him. Absolutely unreliable!!!
