The plumbers arrived within 5 minutes of their scheduled time. They were very professional- explained what parts were needed and went right to work. The work area was left spotless.

This is the 3rd time I have used Blessed Plumbing and they always do a fantastic job. The plumber always responds quickly, typically asks questions and makes recommendations over the phone (as to what you might be able to do or check to avoid having the service call), arrives promptly at the scheduled appointment, and does quality work. Their quotes are reasonable and I always feel like they are being honest with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Just has Blessed Plumbing out to install a new toilet. They were incredibly fast and professional. The toilet looks great and functions perfectly. Another phenomenal job!

Blessed Plumbing is absolutely phenomenal! We had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe behind our dining room wall. It flooded our dining room, living room, two bathrooms, and a small hallway. Bill came out, located the problem area, cut a small access hole in the drywall to be able to get to the broken pipe and repair it. Bill was incredibly kind, and extremely professional. He had all the tools and supplies to finish the job. Our insurance adjuster was very pleased with Blessed Plumbings work as well. I had a leak under my kitchen sink from worn out connection. I got an Angies List Big Deal and had them come out to fix it. They responded within a day - FABULOUS! They fixed the leak in less than an hour and then gave me an estimate on replacing my toilet with an ADA model. They were very courteous (Chris Adams did the work) and friendly. I will definitely use them in the future.

My experience was okay. He did a good job for the first time around. We had to get him back because he replaced the commode in the bathroom. He did come back to fix it. His response was pretty fast.

They are really great to work with. We have used them a couple of times since then. He showed up on time for the appointment. He helped me pick out a good quality fixture and told me which ones would be best to choose. He really shared his knowledge with us.

My comments above sum it up. I had four issues to address and a quote I wanted. After hiring a different plumber, I determined he mis-diagnosed two of the issues (one was embarrassing for me too - just needed to fully open the water valve to the toilet). The one thing he did complete (faucet tune-up) was exorbitantly expensive. The fourth issue he told me he didn't know but if I researched it and figured it out to call him to let him know. Similarly, the 2nd plumber I hired diagnosed the problem after looking at the problem for a very short time.

Everything was great. I would recommend.

I appreciate honesty. He could have easily installed a new water heater and I would not have known that a part could fix the problem. Water heater was installed by him 8 yrs earlier.

A preliminary visit as I used him last summer to fix the outside faucets, and he was prompt and did the job well.

It seemed to go well. This company was recommended to us by a close friend. Plumber showed up promptly just a few days before Christmas when my wife and I noticed water leaking into the ceiling above the living room. Plumber came out the next day after placing the call and looked at the situation. He told us that we had multiple issues with the tub/shower. He told us that the tile around the tub had been placed directly onto drywall, that the shower fixture was leaking into the wall, and that the drain for the tub was not the correct size. He suggested that we gut the tub/shower area and replace with a fiberglass unit for $2800. My wife and I contemplated this, but decided against the complete remodel. We didn't like the look of any of the fiberglass units. The tile job looked very nice, and we hesitated to remove it. We are currently having our kitchen remodeled by Kresge Contracting, Inc. We had the lead contractor assess the situation. He was having to remove parts of the living room ceiling to put in recess lighting anyway, so he cut out a hole to look at where the ceiling was leaking. The leak was actually coming from the floor in between the tub and the toilet. With further inspection, he confirmed that the tile was NOT placed on dry wall, but was appropriately installed on backer board. It took him about 3 minutes to realize that the tub was not level and that water had been splashing over the side, traveling down the wall, and flowing straight down into the living room. The shower fixtures were not leaking?neither was the drain. We bought a $30 bottle of sealer (for the tile and grout), some silicone caulk for the floor, and one of those plastic tub guards to keep the water from overflowing the side.

They were good but they were very expensive. They were very punctual and friendly.

They did a really nice job. They showed up on time. They took all the trash with them and left the old water heater. We discussed what was going on.

Leaks under sink was a problem. He did the repair made some suggestions on fixes for potential problems, which I had him repair. fine job! (I highly recommend tjhis company)

We noticed water was leaking in the basement around our well pressure tank. We called the plumber to fix the leak. He charged $300 to replace the tank. After he left, the leak was still there. We called him again, and he thought perhaps the tank was faulty so he replaced it again. Still leaking. He came out and said the tank was fine; it was just condensation. We put in a dehumidifier and this did help some. I assume a professional would know the difference between a leak and condensation. Shortly after the dehumidifier was put in, we noticed water trickling across the floor. We called Bill back. Bill came out and charged another $250 to fix the leak - which he stated was next to where he was working. Seems a bit odd that a connection right next to the one he was working on would spontaneously spring a leak right after he worked on it. So, in good faith, my husband paid the extra money for the repair of the new leak. Now, we have apparently yet another leak - right in the area of the pipes where he has been paid $550 to perform a relatively minor initial repair (which, if due to condensation rather than a faulty tank, maybe never needed done in the first place). My husband called and left several messages which went unanswered. My husband finally spoke with him today and was told the new leak was on us and was not his fault. He hung up on my husband. We also paid him $75 to fix a problem with the gas fireplace starter. That wasn't done right either. There is hardly any propane coming out.

He explained everything as we went along and he gave me a great lesson on some basic plumbing things. They were great to work with from scheduling to the actual service.

They were scheduled to come at 8 a.m. and they were here 10 minutes early, but waited in their truck until I told them it was okay to come in. There were two men, both very professional. They finished the job in appox. 30-40 minutes and cleaned everything up just fine... no water left on the floor or anything. I would definitely have them come out again for any plumbing problem!

It was okay. It wasn't the greatest. I can't really remember but something rubbed me the wrong way about him.

They were here within 30 minutes of my calling. The gentlemen are always very nice and polite. They keep everything clean. This is the second time I have used them and will be using them again in the spring.

After diagnosing my leaky faucet which was not installed properly about 2 years ago by another service person, they went out that same morning to get a replacement faucet. They got a Moen brand which is warranted for life, according to Blessed Plumbing.
