Description of Work: wanted new "taller" toilet. Wanted "Kohler". Installed "Toto" - said "just as good". It isn't. Not friendly. I think upset because he had to rebuild floor area beneath toilet. I say it's his job and he was payed for it.

Description of Work: He replaced the floor mount ring. The old screws that held the toilet down were rusted. Probably took him two hours total because he had to go get the part. He did a good job and cleaned up. It just seemed expensive. However, we were glad they came out on such short notice and got the job done. I would probably get pricing from some other companies before using again just so I had some reference. The quality of work was good.
