This was money well spent - we got some issues corrected and got good advice. We will call on Blessed Plumbing to replace our hot water heater, put in a basement wash sink and some other items in the near future.

When the technician came out to my home the connections for the new faucets were too large for the existing holes. He didn't explain to me that he needed to drill new holes through my basement wall until he already started the process. For one faucet, the technician had to drill through an eight inch cement block but his drill kept failing. He had to recharge it multiple times at my house. He kept drilling and couldn't get the hole wide enough. He resorted to using a pipe and a screwdriver to try and widen the hole. When the drill finally went through, a large chunk of the cement came off of the interior wall of my basement. I asked him to repair the concrete chunk that had come off and he said I could buy a patch kit myself. He ended up buying something to fix the block. I don't know what the material was but it was yellow and he mixed it with water. The material did not match anything else on the wall and the technician told me I could paint over it. He still didn't do a good job on applying the material. There is a large indentation and he got the patching material all over the faucet on the inside of my basement. I asked him why he didn't get a material that would match the color of my basement and he said that he didn't want to have to charge me more for making a trip out to a hardware store to purchase it. I told him that wasn't my fault and he said that it was just part of the job. I now am going to need another company to come and fix the mistakes that were made and I want my money back from Blessed Plumbing. -------------------------------------------------------------- It is sad and unfortunate that "Blessed" (misnomer) Plumbing has resorted to personal character defamation and false, misleading, irrelevant statements in an attempt to cloud the issue and justify its untenable position in this matter. The photo speaks for itself. -------------------------------------------------------------- I hereby repudiate and offer rebuttal to the statements by Blessed Plumbing although most are irrelevant (and less than candid) to the issue at hand: (1) This statement is untrue. ?Blessed? Plumbing?s technician co-owner Wm. Dempsey actually arrived at the job site at 7:55am. I was awaiting his arrival and was standing outside my garage entrance when he drove up in his truck. There was no time spent waiting to ?ring her doorbell? as there is no doorbell to ring. (2) This statement is untrue. As I have repeatedly stated and hereby reiterate, Blessed? co-owner April Dempsey herself recommended a particular type of freeze proof hose bibs similar to those she said had been installed at her residence. Having no knowledge of plumbing, I relied on her recommendation which assumedly would be readily available through the company?s supplier and would not require ?shopping around.? (3) This statement is untrue. A drill designed for concrete block would not have caused a large fragment of the foundation wall to weaken and fracture. The ?concrete patch? as evidenced by several photos of the area is inappropriate, atrocious and sloppily applied in garish yellow. The concrete block wall is not ?multicolored? .. concrete block is GRAY and whether it is entirely gray or partially GRAY is not pertinent to the matter at hand and hardly a viable excuse. Pursuant to an independent inspection by The Basement Doctor , its inspector opined (in part) in writing: ?[T]he interior facing of one concrete block was blown out where the water line was installed for the rear hose bib and patched with an unknown product with a yellow hue of color. [I]t can be interpreted as unsightly.? The inspector also observed that the front hose bib was installed through band board and was not sealed properly; pursuant to quote: ?Daylight can be seen through the opening for the water line.? Recommended Repairs: Skim coat the interior facing to smooth out and paint GRAY (emphasis added) Seal the hole in the band board around the water line COST: $350.00 (4) This statement is untrue and merits no consideration. Blessed is synonymous with the deity and appears to be a misnomer for this company. I sincerely hope there are no part failure issues down the road as I doubt this company?s implied one-year warranty would be honored.

I was very, very pleased with the service! I mentioned that I was a new homeowner and he gave me so many pointers and maintenance tips--not only on my 3 toilets, but also on my dishwasher and garbage disposal! He was very pleasant, professional and put me at ease asking questions about subjects I know nothing about! I highly recommend him and I will definitely use his services in the future!

The work was good quality, he had a good attitute, I couldn't have been more pleased. I plan to use him in the future as well.

Flawless. Repiped my gas water heater in a short amount of time and even called a day earlier than our scheduled appt. to let me know he could fit me in that day if I wanted. I needed a fast turn around since the water heater was not on, so I was only without hot water for half a day. Very nice person to deal with as well.

Blessed Plumbing is on the ball. Very punctual, very much wanting to inform what kind of equipment is needed and what will last the longest. Bill explained everything and answered all my questions. Gave me hints on the sump pump in the basement. He also told we what to look for in faucets that will last. Bill deserves an A+ on the work he did at my house and I definitely would hire him again!

The guy was really friendly. He was on time. He did a great job. He gave me tips on things not to be done in the toilet to make water clean and the sump pump. He was very helpful. He was excellent. I would call him back again.

It went quite well. They were very efficient. They dealt with time. They were in and out. I thought the price was reasonable for a master plumber. The garbage disposal cost $110.00 and the faucet cost $210.00. He actually went out and purchased the faucet so I didn't have to, and that was included in the price of $210.00. I would definitely recommend them.

We were delighted with our experience with Blessed Plumbing. The communication to set up the visit went well. He came on time, gave us a reasonable estimate, and performed the work quickly. He was very sensitive to our need to avoid excessive damage to our ceiling. The leak was found and repaired in short order. We can't wait to put these folks to work again!

They were very helpful and gave me several options and lots of information. I was going to use them for the work but....my furnace broke down. So, my bathroom repairs will have to wait.

He tightened the washer, didn't charge me, and basically said if it does go out he would come out and replace it but advised us not to spend the money if we didn't need to. I was very appreciative. He gave me some advice about the sump pump and some other things around the house. It was a good visit. We were willing to replace the spigot but he did not want to charge us unnecessarily. It was a great experience and we would use him again.

We woke up Sunday morning to find that our water heater had leaked all over our basement floor. We called Blessed Plumbing and they were at our house 15 mins later. He quickly assessed the problem and found that it was simply the drain valve that was leaking and not an internal issue. He capped the valve which fixed the problem. He went on to make several preventative action recommendations in our home which could save us money, loss of property and headaches down the road.

They are very kind and considerate. They also allowed the home owner to help with the removal of the sink. He did great work. He will work with people on a tight budget.

They had good quality work and he didn't charge me for a special handle that bad to be purchased. He gave me some advice on plumbers not to use and I would definitely use him again.

The representative, Bill, promply returned call for request of service. He made and kept the appointment. Bill surveyed and correctly diagnosed the problem. He also suggested a few things I could do for pervention of the same problem in the future.

Bill was very nice. He accommodated us on the day we called. His prices were reasonable. He was punctual, friendly, and clean. He was also very informative.
