Went very well. Had a problem locating the insert I wanted. Bill's wife April, got on the prowl and found one after our initial failure. Their communication was outstanding. left everything clean. Bill's assistant, (Kevin) also was quite the perfectionist with the drywall repair. Could not be happier.

Bill has done work for us in the past and he is always courteous and professional. I know my children won't pick up any poor behavior around him and my wife is comfortable with Bill's explanations and solutions.He is definitely recommended!

Workers were prompt, friendly, and competent. Because they didn't have a small part ( which I would think plumbers normally carry) we ended up paying for an extra hour of service time and inflated parts cost. Still, the overall cost was not outrageous and the work was first quality.

We had some weather related scheduling problems to begin, but that was quickly remedied. I was very pleased with the work done and the information offerred. I found the plumber to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Plumbing tech was actually an owner of the company. Very nice gentleman. courteous and helpful He was able fix my shower but also showed me how to do it myself next time. He cleared a couple slow running drains, and checked over the plumbing work on the outdoor faucets and also properly secured the spigots to the outside of the house. He also gave me tips about flushing my hot water heater.. which was don't unless you have been doing it regularly since it was new. mentioned that it is a bit of letting sleeping dogs lie unless they have been regularly maintained. which seemed like good advice. All told, the work took maybe 45 mins. I was satisfied as I know from talking with him just to have the slow drain would have been well over the $100 i paid (trip charges, 1 hr minimum charge, etc) But i also got my plumbing work looked at, help ful tips on the shower drain, water heater etc. Very good experience!!!! Located the problem and repaired the work of another plumber. Very prompt and pleasant service. Clearly explained the problem and gave great advice.

He came out and reconnected bath tub after remodel of bathroom. Pipe began to leak and he had to come back several days later to fix leak.

After replacing a vanity in our bathroom, I was having issues with the plumbing lining up. Using Angie's Big Deal, I called Blessed Plumbing and was able to get an appointment within a day or 2 at a time that was convenient for me. Bill arrived on time and was very pleasant. He got the job done quickly and had extra time, so he showed me what I needed to do to take care of a few other smaller problems I was having. I would use their service again, probably when I am ready to replace my hot water tank. Bill quoted me a price and offered an additional discount since I had used their services.

Bill did a very good job for us. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing before he started.

The owner and another worker showed up on time but didn't call first. Said they called "a number' but had the wrong phone number. Not a problem. Before they cut the hole in the basement ceiling they showed me a plastic access panel that they wanted to install instead of repairing the ceiling. The panel was twice as large as the hole needed to be in order to get to the plumbing, and I didn't want that unsightly panel protruding from the ceiling. I asked if it could be installed flush in the ceiling, but they said it couldn't; it would protrude almost an inch or so. I went outside to see what the other worker was doing. At that time I noticed that parts of the spicket were made of plastic. I didn't like that, but they told me that it was the typical type of spicket that they use, and it had a warrantee. I didn't argue about it since I was already upset about the hole in the basement wall and their abruptness when I asked questions. Since I paid the $99 through Angie's List for the labor, when they finished I asked how much the spicket cost. The spicket was the only "part" I needed to pay for. The owner said $70. I was surprised since he told me on the phone that the spicket, shut off valve, and access panel would not cost more than $100.00. He assured me that that is what he had to pay. Later that week I went to Home Depot to price a water spicket. The ones with plastic parts cost only $25; the all-metal ones were just $10 to $15 more. He charged us 3 times as much as the part cost. We don't mind a small increase since a trip to buy a part may figure in, but not 3 times the cost. Besides, they spent only one hour here, but they were paid for 2 hours of time. My daughter was home when the plumbers were here. When I was not present with them, the owner remarked to her that they know what they are doing. They are good at their job. I don't know what he meant by that. Possibly that I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing? Possibly because I didn't want a large protruding plastic panel in my ceiling? Possibly because I didn't like the fact that the spicket had plastic parts? I will not hire them again. I still have a hole in my basement ceiling that needs to be repaired. To the best of my recollection, the above information is accurate.

The work that was done was done perfectly. My issue with them was the individual that did the work seemed very interested in leaving and being done with the job. I had a few other tasks that weren't gotten too as they would have taken "too long" to fit in the two hour time limit. However, for those unfinished projects he did provide understandable professional advise as to either how I could do it myself, or how much work would be involved for a plumber to do it.

The plumber fixed the broken water pipe outside, installed a new basement faucet and reattached the kitchen sink pipe that had slipped out of the seal I also wanted him to fix the leaking toilet, but he did not want to because he said that he might break the screws because of the age and it would cost extra money if he had to wait while I got a new toilet. Another plumber fixed the leak in under 15 minutes. I also had two dripping outdoor water faucets that he said would need to be changed out to special frost /freeze resistant faucets and he could come back and do that another time for $200. Another plumber fixed them by replacing the worn washers,--no need for two brand new faucets.

Very pleased with the service - had a built-in gas grill disconnected and a leaking toilet repaired.

Okay. Was disappointed that I spent the money and nothing was fixed at my house.

The experience was very positive. My only concern was that the parts seemed to be a little over-priced. Overall, I was pleased. The plumber was very courteous and professional.

I arranged the appointment for "first thing" in the morning so I wouldn't have to wait for a window an could get to work. The receptionist said 8:30...no one showed up at 8:30--I got a phone call at 9:30, then they showed up shortly after that. Cleaned out the drain but could have done a more thorough job--didnt use a snake Then when presented with the sump pump that was not connected--they just wanted to do it quick and easy by trying to force the pieces together and tighten the connector--when it was obvious a new section of PVC should be added. They did add it but only because I asked. All and all it just seemed like they wanted to do the least possible and didnt make much effiort.

Two plumbers came and finished the work in under 3 hours. Overall it went well but later i found that the leak under kitchen sink returned.

It went so quickly that I ran out of jobs for him. I had to waste a paid hour & send him home.

When I called for an estimate, the voice mail was returned in a reasonable period of time. The estimate was a good one, and the appointment was easily set. They were prompt, friendly while professional, and did a good job of cleaning up.

Blessed Plumbing Inc. remodeled our small upstairs bathroom quickly and it looks great. They began by removing the old tub, vanity, flooring, ceramic tile, and drywall. They replaced the damaged flooring under the tub where there was rotted wood, removed mold where it had begun to form between the wall studs as a result of broken tiles letting in moisture, and chemically treated the area to keep the mold from coming back. They replaced the tub with a new one, installed new vinyl flooring, replaced drywall as needed, painted the walls, replaced the vanity with one that has more storage, replaced the faucet sets in the sink and tub, installed a new shower head, and installed a storage rack in the corner of the tub. They also installed a new bath wall kit over the tub on three walls which fits perfectly around the window over our tub. Per our request, each night when they left, they reset the old toilet so we could use it. They tried to minimize the disruption that construction causes in a home. We were very pleased with the final results and surprised that the process was not as expensive or disruptive as we thought it might be.

They were very good. I would hire them again.
