Description of Work: Our kitchen sink was backed up and as a result we couldn't use the dishwasher as well. We purchased the Big Deal from Blessed Plumbing and scheduled the work. Bill Dempsey, the owner, called to say he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He noted the the clog was pretty bad after a while of trying to snake it open with no success. He said our last hope was to pour a strong chemical into the pipe and hope that it dissolves the clog. However, that could take about an hour or so and we had only purchased the 2 hr Big Deal. So he asked if we would mind if he made another call while we were waiting for the clog to dissolve so that he would not have to charge us the extra time for waiting. We agreed, he left and returned later to check the drain and thankfully it was unclogged. We thanked him for being so flexible and he left. We have called him another time since then and are very happy to have found an honest and skilled plumber.

Description of Work: Two men from Blessed plumping came to the house and I showed them some leaky faucets I wanted them to fix (replace the washers). They stated that the faucets were too old (1960's vintage) and would need to be completely replaced and for the shower, new plumping was required. Since I was looking for a quick fix and not looking for a home improvement job, I said thanks but no thanks. That was the extent of the service provided. Since they did not do any work I cannot rate them. I paid for what I thought would be quick and easy fixes, but they did not materialize.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Deal of 2 hours of plumbing services for $99. Bill, the owner, was totally professional, all the work I needed done (replace faucets, etc.) was completed, and what puts him above the rest is he offered information about lots of common plumbing issues that I might not know. (which I didn't know, of course!). He was giving me preventative tips and this is much appreciated. He's a good teacher!

Description of Work: The plumber installed a new valve kit that was supplied by a major faucet manfacture . He was in and out in 15 min. . The water temperature mix was not right and we called him back . We get warm water in the shower but not hot . He stated that there was nothing he could adjust. He would not come back . We called the manfacture and were advised that there was an adjustment . I am in the process of fixing the single lever faucet myself with the directions from the manfacture. The plumber had an attitude and stated facts that were not true. Check all work done before the plumber leaves . Don't give him the money unti lthings are fixed properly . In this case I will never call this company again.

Description of Work: I purchased this service as A Big Deal....2 hrs of service. Well, Blessed Plumbing addressed my concerns within 1 hr (adjusting toilet flows, dripping pipe in main water line. I was very pleased. But the owner said I still had 1 hr left and would I like anything else done. He was courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: I called Blessed on Friday and they were able to get my quick job done on Sat. They were on-time and courteous and finished the job quickly. Would definitely call on them again.

Description of Work: Very impressed with quality of service and attitude of those that did it! Called because of one clogged sink and a plugged toilet, and they not only fixed the problems, but showed me how to make adjustments that would prevent future problems, and did it for every sink and toilet in the house! Very pleased with them!

Description of Work: All our tubs/showers, one at a time, quit putting out hot water. One was a tub we never use, the next was in the hall bath that isn't used much since our son moved out. Then the master bath began to have the problem (all the way on hot and water was low pressure and tepid). The rest of the house had hot water. So they diagnosed that a "canister" in the faucets were frozen/malfunctioning. These canisters regulate the hot/cold balance. The brand of faucets the builder used was not the best and not one of the top 2 or 3 most common, so he had some difficulty locating the part. (He recommended we try to get the part/faucet from the builder, so to save us money on his doing this research. Unfortunately, the builder was unable to help.) Anyway, once he had the parts, changing them out went relatively quickly. We then discovered the hall bath (previously used by our son) was slow draining. So he quickly cleared the drain as well.

Description of Work: For a company advertising as Christian, I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism. I called the number listed and the recording says NOT to leave a message and gives another number to call. I called that number and the man who answered was extremely rude. He said only his office could schedule for him and to call them back and if they didn't answer to leave a message. Which, the recording says not to. Terrible! I cancelled my big deal and will pay full price before I let that person in my home.

Description of Work: They were a pleasure to work with. He worked quickly and repaired my toliet, sink drain, and added a new garbage disposal that I had purchased earlier. And it was good to work with him. I will be calling him again in the future.

Description of Work: Bill spent over 3 hours working my system which included two basins and a tub clearing them out of the yuck! He did a good job and I am pleased.
