Description of Work: We contacted Tom in September about building a large shed. He gave us a price and a start date in October. No one was here on the start date. I called and he was in the hospital for a medical emergency. O.K. no problem. There was more than a little urgency to this project because we had just moved here from the country and left a 4 car garage. I showed Tom that my wife had to exit the car before it could be pulled into the garage or she would not be able to open the door. This is more than a little inconvenience when you are past 75 and it is winter out. New start date no one showed. Tom is back in the hospital. O.K., now we are moving into November. No problem the cold doesn't bother my guys. 3 guys four days, "we'll tag team it and get it done." They showed up to put in the footers one day and needed a few days for cement to set up. O.K. we had a very mild winter this year and while I don't expect anyone to work outside in frigid weather we had many days in the upper 50's and a couple about 60. Once we realized this had become a hobby job we disengaged. Paid him when he asked for it and asked no more questions. |It was completed about April first and we still had the same storage problem that we had in September because we had no where to put all the stuff that was still in the garage and basement. |The quality and workmanship were industry standard and correct. I had to drop the loft 14 inches to make it useable. |Tom has access to some excellent resources. We talked about 2 larger projects. Kitchen and maybe a basement but after 6 months to build the shed we decided we probably wouldn't live long enough to see them finished. |If you want to have them work for you get a price and start and end dates in writing and I am sure things will go smoothly. |

Description of Work: BUILT NEW CEDAR FENCE, WITH GATE, AROUND PATIO.

Description of Work: POURED CEMENT TO EXPAND PATIO AREA.

Description of Work: BLEW CELLULOSE INSULATION IN SEVERAL CONDO UNIT ATTICS.

Description of Work: RE-INSTALLED A PAVER PATIO THAT HAD BEEN PARTIALLY WASHED OUT. THEY TOOK UP ALL OF THE STONES, RE-LEVELED THE ENTIRE SURFACE, PUT IN NEW GRAVEL/SAND AND THEN CUT EACH BLOCK THAT ADJOINED THE NEW LANDSCAPE TIMBERS.

Description of Work: NEW WINDOWS IN SEVERAL CONDO UNITS FOR WHICH I AM TREASURER.

Description of Work: THEY RE-ROOFED 4 CONDO UNITS & 6 GARAGES AT OUR CONDO COMPLEX. HE ALSO REPAIRED WORK DONE BY A PREVIOUS COMPANY.
