Quality A/C & Heat

Description of Work: Installed new inside and out side unit with a 10year parts and labor warranty. Has been out twice for repairs and left no invoice of repairs. Called him 3 days ago for same problem as previous two. Still no show. We still have 5 years of parts and labor warranty left. I should've done my homework before my wife and I selected this company. Would not recommend and will not have any work from this company done at our house again once warranty is over. Will keep posted if he ever shows up and how long it takes. Not good! I contacted the Ohio department of commerce (this is where a licensed hvac technician would apply for and obtain their license and where it would be on file for the public to review. the website is dic.ocib@com.state.oh.us. Their telephone number is on the site. I called it to make sure I was looking up the information correctly, because I couldn't find his name or company on the list of current license holders. By the way his name is Tony (Anthony) not David. When I called they advised me that Anthony had applied for a license but never followed through. this was in 2013.i also called the city of Chillicothe and they have no license for him either. So from gaining that information, I believe he has no current license like it states on his ad in the Chillicothe phone book. Unfortunately in the state of ohio you don't have to be licensed to do hvac work outside city lines(in the county jurisdiction) only if they do commercial work.in a municipality, they need a license for both residential and commercial work.

Description of Work: Fan wasn't working on my AC. He was on his way home but stopped in to fix it anyway. Was done within 15 minutes.
