He cleaned up the area after the work was completed, and gave a lot of helpful suggestions to prevent a problem in the future. Would definitely hire again. Thanks!

+ -1 moreI could not be happier with my experience with Your Site. Communication was great, prompt, it was an in and out, easy peasy type situation. I have even passed around Your Site's name and number amongst my friends. I don't remember exactly the price of the visit, parts and labour, please forgive me if I mis-quoted. Perhaps $75 was just the service call? It was affordable, please don't let my mis-remembering the price tag through you off.
Description of Work: I need assistance with my dryer, it was not blowing hot air. Your Site was quick to schedule, prompt to show up. I feel like they went above and beyond to truly get me and my laundry back up and running. As a single girl, my father has passed, I am constantly looking for someone to do the more complicated "guy stuff" for me. Your Site nailed it. :)

+ -1 moreThe repairman was on time, gave me an estimate on the phone the day before (as well as a guess as to the problem I was having), gave me an exact price before tax within 5 minutes of his arrival, had the part in his vehicle, repaired the machine and was on his way in half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and obviously capable.
Description of Work: Replaced a switch in my Kenmore washing machine, which restored its ability to perform the spin cycle.
