All work/needed work carefully explained to us. Defective parts. shown to us. Tags, gauges, billing explained fully upon completion.

On time, called prior to arrival, used a new home owners co upon, all services free of service very professional, made recommendations.

I'm having problems with my furnace, it's less then a week till Christmas, I have a six year old son, it's the middle of winter.,, So I call Stack Heating & Cooling since they are less then 5 minutes from my house!!! The receptionist tells me the next available appointment is 7 or 8 days from now!!! Really, Their website shows a whole fleet!!! Thanks a lot and have a warm and toasty Christmas!!!

Kevin on time, pleasant, neat appearance, quick went to work, worked appropriate amt of time, asked if he could change filter for us though he said he probably had another 30 days on present filter.

Stack is an "A", no doubt. I thought it was very, very reasonable. They do excellent work and they're very patient and they're very professional. Great, really nice workers, very professional, answer any questions, very good.

They did great work when they were here. It was excellent. My neighbor even came over and looked at it what an unbelievable job they did.

Most companies I called were 2 days to 2 weeks wait. Stock has service truck near me & got me the same afternoon I called. Got degree day! I was most appreciative.

Keith, the serviceman, was very pleasant and respectful. Such a nice guy! He was thorough and efficient. He took the time to explain all potential issues and options to me. He also made sure that everything was clean before he left - I couldn't even tell he was here. We have used Stack for maintenance and repairs for years and have never been disappointed. They are all friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.

I had them back because the problem wasn't fixed. I used them last October of 2015. They were nice guys but they're the the last call and based on their policy they wouldn't charge me for service calls so they came out two times where they couldn't charge me anything and they didn't fix the problem. Their last call they said I'd need to change my furnace and I called another company to have come take a look at it and they found the problem and fixed it so, you know, they were younger guys for Stack so maybe they're at a learning point but they didn't fix the problem.

I had a problem resetting a thermostat that they had installed in my house, Without a service call Jeremy called me and talked me through reprogramming it over the phone. Amazing customer service and great people.

Arrived on time, and first became familiar with overall setup for cooling unit. Replaced air cleaner filter. Checked unit operation and found issue with capacitor not giving correct voltage. Explained issue and we replaced it. Very experience and knowledgeable.
