Cody was my technician. He arrived promptly. Was very helpful and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a fair price. Would definitely call again!

Called ahead to let me know they were coming. Got the heat back in less than 10 minutes. Kudos!

He took all the time necessary to do just that, and found a control board was not working. He ordered a new one immediately.

Our furnace stopped Xmas AM & although we got an answering Person @ 9:00AM on the phone, she promised someone would return the call within a half hour. 20 minutes later we received a call & the tech was at our house very shortly after. FAST response!! The universal board that the tech had with him, did not work for our furnace, but the one we needed was installed the following AM day. Very satisfied!! The tech told us the holiday service rate upfront, so no surprise between the service call on a holiday, the price of the part & his time to install.

The technician, Jim Oswald, arrived on time and well-prepared. He was professional, informative, and very personable. He also had great things to say about the company. He recommended a thorough cleaning and "tune up," which I agreed to. He was done within an hour (and a few minutes), and he took additional time to explain to me what was wrong with the furnace and what he was going to do to fix it. I also took advantage of Stack's yearly maintenance program, which, for the price, is a distinct additional value. My furnace has been humming ever since. Come the Spring, I will definitely ask for Jim Oswald when it is time for Stack to do my maintenance check.

I called one morning and Stack sent a technician here the same afternoon. The technician quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He was extremely professional and courteous (to the extent of wearing "booties" inside the house so that he did not track dirt in or up from the furnace room). We were extremely pleased with the speedy response and the cost of the service and recommend Stack unreservedly.

My experience with Stack was great. They did a really good job with a reasonable price. It was perfect. They cleaned up and everything else too. They came out the next day. Within a half an hour of the time they said. It went very well. I noticed we had a problem and I called in the afternoon. They were out the next day. They explained everything to me. What they were doing, what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. They gave me several options. I took the best option. We made the repairs, cleaned up after themselves, very friendly and they left.

They did an excellent job! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I needed extra time to prepare for the new furnace to be installed. They gave me additional time for me to paint and prep. They came out as scheduled and had it completed within one day. I would highly recommend them to others.

They were horrible!I had a major problem with them because they put a brand-new high-efficiency air conditioning and furnace in four years ago. The air conditioning wasn't working.My brother went to put the freon in, and they had a lock on the unit to where he couldn't get into it so we had to call them out.It was my mom's house; she passed away in November.When they put it in, they put in a thermostat that is like a computer screen that pops up.I had a hard time figuring it out, and she's a 75-year-old woman, you know why would they do that? Every couple of months it was coming as you know a filter change or you need to check the batteries in the outside unit.You know all these things just, so they can get service calls.I called them asking them how I can get a set of keys to unlock the unit, and they would say that they would have to come out and do it. Blah, blah, blah that they couldn't give me keys. I said my brother is in HVAC, you know works for another company.The guy came out, and they left the wrong filter for my mom, and an extra filter it was the wrong size.The guy said we'll come out, and I said this is an estate and it doesn't have any money right now.The guy was like I can stop over on my way home and exchange the filter for you and I'll take a look at for you for free.When he came over he really didn't look at anything.He was an hour late

They were horrible.It was five-year warranty.The labor and house calls weren't included.

Excellent! I contacted them via internet and they called the next day to set up an appointment. The salesman was thorough and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. The system was installed in a day. The installers were neat and willing to answer any questions as they worked.

We chose Stack out of the three estimates we received due to the price of a Lennox 96% efficiency furnace, the wireless thermostat, and quite frankly, the easy charm and knowledge of Jeremy, the salesperson, . He addressed concerns of the ability of the system to better heat a remote bedroom by providing a written promise of free work done on the system if it doesn't heat that room to our satisfaction when the cold weather arrives. All on the installation team were polite and agreeable. A cold air return was supposed to be replaced with a register, but was mistakenly replaced with another cold air return. That was reported and attended to within a week. The technician went so far as to go to the local Home Depot for parts. All in all, we had a positive experience with Stack.

Jim Oswald arrived on time and did a thorough job. He let me know about the dirt on my outside AC unit and that he cleaned it all up. The service is part of my contract so there was no cost other than the replacement filter.

Work was completed when promised. Stack installation team did a very good job.

The serviceman checked the reset buttons, etc. and determined the cause Two outlets were replaced which helped restore powers to a number of other outlets.

Jim Oswald. Simply outstanding! In 39 years of furnace services felt my Lennox was serviced by the best man ever. Very pleased with Jim purchased service contract. would prefer Jim return forever.
