Description of Work: Furnace stoped working. Tecnitian worked for over 3 hours and could not Fix the problem keep on telling there is no ground. TaLKED TO HIS SUPERVISER AND HE TOLD ME i MIGHT NEED TO CALL ELECTRICIAN. mY SON WHO IS AN MECHANICAL ENGENER LOOKED AT IT AND WRIGHT FIGURED IT OUT. THE BOARD WAS BAD. HE REPLACE THE BOARD AND SINCE FURNANCE IS WORKING FINE.SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AT20628 LORAIN ROAD aPTY # 4.

Description of Work: Cleaned out the air compressor and got it running again. It is a 20 year old unit but they got it running again. I'm sure others would have simply tried to sell us a new system. Very honest and helpful. Will use them if/when we have to replace our old A/C system.
