Stack Heating, Cooling and Electrical employees showed up on time, performed scheduled work in an efficient manner, handled unexpected issues efficiently and completed work which passed city inspection above and beyond requirements.

Very well. Installer came on time. Covered all surfaces under the fans. Knew what he was doing. Cleaned up everything.

It went very well. Mike was here at the appointed time. He cleaned the interior and exterior units. I'm now ready for summer!

Out of the three costs I obtained the Stack rep was the most responsive to what I wanted and was very helpful explaining how they would perform the work. He also pointed out work that was not up to code with the previous installed, explaining how it would be fixed. The installers were very professional and kept us informed of all the stages of the work. The work was done very professionally and they even swept out our garage. We are very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to hire them again or suggest them to our friends.

I think we finally got the right answer and will be following up with an easy repair.

Quick response, prompt arrival, issue recognition was quick and simply explained and within an hour and a trip to pick up parts, our furnace was fixed. Cody was cordial and efficient.

Jim O. is an outstanding technician. We always ask for him since we contracted with Stack for our heating and cooling. Jim is very meticulous and takes the time to explain and answer our questions and offer suggestions of what can be improved. Jim takes the time to access our comments and review all issues.

I was able to get service the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem right away and made sure no damage was done to the furnace. John the service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been very happy with Stack Heating and Cooling.

Carlos was very courteous explaining what he would be doing each phase of the process and why, which I really appreciated. He was efficient, picked up after himself and left the premises looking spic n span.

It had been awhile since our last furnace inspection so I was very grateful that Carlos was so thorough and proactive. He made several minor repairs that could have developed into a problem if not caught in advance! Carlos also answered my questions thoroughly and explained how the repairs will help our steam system function effectively. I greatly appreciate Carlos’ professionalism!

Air conditioner would not start on a very hot Memorial Day. Carlos was able to make it out even earlier than I would have expected. Completed the work, was very friendly, talked me through the maintenance plan. I would definitely hire again and plan to purchase the annual plan!

Called first thing in the morning, was able to get an afternoon appointment. The technician, Mike C diagnosed the problem right away and had the unit up and running within a half hour. Very satisfied with Stack Heating and Cooling service.

He was very professional and thorough in taking his time to make sure everything was working to specifications particularly blower speed and coolant efficiency. He answered all my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge. He is an asset to Stack Heating and Cooling service.

Fantastic, I ask for Tony everytime! I know I’m getting the very best when Tony walks in the door. He always gives way over 100% I have a complicated heating and cooling system and I feel very at ease knowing he’s only a phone call away.
