Jim was here on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. showed us exactly what he did. Polite, courteous. Will definitely be using Stack again and requesting Jim Oswald!

Jim Oswald, the furnace technician was on time, courteous, thorough and explained everything I asked. I ask for Jim all the time!

Considering it was Saturday & only a few technicians were available, it went as well as could be.

Excellent service . Jim oswald performed a thorough tune up of the furnace. He replaced the air filter and humidifier element. Arrived on time and very efficient.

As well as could be expected. Previously we had an energy audit which benzoate high CO2 reading. Auditor expressed concern given ago of furnace. Inspection determined we have a cracked head exchange. We've decided to replaced the furnace (not unexpected). Jim Oswald was very thorough and clear in his analysis and discussion of options.

On time. Found frayed wires from mice. Filled hole and fixed wires as well as the check up.

Jim Oswald was on time & explained what a "Spring tune up" consisted of & then proceeded to preform the check up. After he explained everything he did in detail.

Great! Very thorough, careful & went through everything with me. Often times when servicemen come to tune up your furnace or AC UNIT, they seem to be here about 10 mins, then say everything's fine. Stack was much different!! They asked where the water supply was, ran a hose & I saw him testing things with meters, etc. VERY IMPRESSED with this company, would use them again for sure!!

I've had them for several years now and should have written this sooner but maybe it's more helpful this way. I didn't have any problems with my Heating and AC and that's the way they've kept it. The servicemen are friendly and very knowledgeable fixing problems before they happen. Paul was just here and found a frayed wire that was damaged during the winter on the AC and replaced it. He also caught a drain that wasn't properly set up and fixed that. You really want this kind of service so problems don't happen when you need your furnace working properly (when it goes below zero!). I am very happy with the service plan, they come twice a year and keep everything running smoothly.

Jim Oswald recommended several parts be replaced but a new furnace might be better financially. We chose the replacement part approach instead. Unfortunately the parts went quicker than we expected. Ok emergency service.

Was an excellent experience. Called for appointment @ 9:30AM and Jim arrived at 10:15am the same day. Service was thorough and complete.
