Riverside Landscaping LLC

Description of Work: Provider negotiated contracts with numerous households in our development to provide comprehensive lawn care, landscaping maintenance and snow removal from 12/13 through 11/14 at a price of $95 per month per household. Some of the services were late, if performed at all. At the end of July, provider sent a mass e-mail telling the households under contract that they had not estimated the job properly and that the only way they would provide any service going forward was if each household agreed to pay $165 per month. Fall clean-up would now be $220 when Spring clean-up was performed as part of the contract at no additional charge Worst of all, they gave us one week to accept their terms. Because they made a mistake, their contract is apparently worthless. Several neighbors say they have left phone messages with Riverside over the past week but have had no response.
