+ -1 moreTHE WORK WAS OF DECENT QUALITY, BUT THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS POORLY DOCUMENTED AND A LOT OF THINGS WERE MISSED, WHICH DROVE THE COST UP. THERE WERE WRONG MATERIALS, CANCELLED WORK DATES, ETC. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
