Kirk was great. We arranged for some flower beds to be cleaned up, some bushes trimmed and fresh mulch added. Crews came while I was at work and everything was done, except one bush wasn't trimmed. I texted Kirk who was extremely apologetic, and came out the next day himself to do it. I plan on calling again in the next few days for some spring cleanup. Great communication, easy to get a hold of, on time. You won't be disappointed.

They're quite excellent. They're wonderful, and vey well trained by Kirk Mueller. He's quite good. They're the best in the business. Their pricing is fair, it's hard work.

James and Chris arrived on time to undertake a big job which required an understanding of planting materials and an artistic eye for design. I signed up for an Angies List coupon to evaluate the Muellers for future continued service. I was amply rewarded by superb performance.

I purchased a yard clean-up and mow, and afterwards requested that Mureller Lawncare Inc. provide ongoing lawn mow for the summer. Kirk Mueller was responsive and his company does great work. Because this is a company I've found to provide quality work I will also request their snow removal services this winter.

The beds were partially cleaned out. Weeds and very old mulch were left in beds. At one point I raked up piles of mulch to remove, they came back out and spread the old mulch back into the beds Edging looked as thought a 12 year edged. First they did not edge the two main bed we requested. When they cam back out they edged and left the grass cut dirt edging in the bed, which I will have to remove so grass does not grow, The edging in not straight and some to most edging is less than 2 inches, wont hold mulch. This landscaper should invest in a power edger . I will still need to clean out weeds and mulch before I add topsoil and new shrubs.

I bought the landscape cleanup package for 4 hours of work. We have plants that bloom at various times during the year, so it was difficult to know when the best time was to do the trimming. We ended up scheduling the work in the fall, but it only took about 2 hours to do the trimming that was necessary (it was too late in the year for some plants and we could do some others ourselves). Mueller Lawncare offered to come back in the spring to complete the remaining 2 hours, which I thought went above and beyond the package agreement. I was very happy with the work done and with the company, and would use them again.

The owner came with one helper. Courteous, timely, energetic. We hadn't ordered enough mulch for them to complete all beds, but that was on us not them. Wheeling the mulch into the backyard isn't worth it to us, too much work. We will call them again next year! Also, nice clean up on edges of beds. Neat work.

Absolutely fabulous! Cleared years of tangled weeds and vines from flower beds, trimmed shrubs. Worker went above and beyond for the ENTIRE 4 hours!!! Friendly,professional courteous service. Would recommend to everyone and would definitelyuse again. Also, they were very quick to reply and schedule an appointment!

Attentive thorough crew did a great job. Owner Kirk was great to work with. He communicates promptly and was very accommodating to changes of schedules. Very pleased with their service.

Kirk cleaned up and mulched our yard prior to a party in May 2014. I told him about the party and he worked around the weather and spread the mulch a couple days prior to the party so the yard looked great. He wanted to spread the mulch a little early in case there was any odor with the mulch, but there wasn't. He cleaned up the yard after and it looked perfect. I recently contacted him to see if he'd provide weekly lawn service to our area, but he doesn't travel that far for weekly service. He graciously gave me a name of someone he recommended to provide me with weekly grass trimming which was much appreciated.

Very professional, showed up when promised and did a nice job. His pricing was superior to other providers I quoted and the piece of mind that everything was going to get done was well worth it. Also provided recommendations for other services that he didn't provide. We had a hard time connecting at times but the work was always done as promised and I found if I dropped him an email he would take care of it. He billed me at the end of the season for the whole summer. Will continue to use the services going forward.

I we never contacted by him again

My husband and I removed 2 scraggly shrubs and 5 hemlock trees that were overgrown along the side of our house. We were left with a large vacant area full of tree roots, and as the summer progressed, the weeds grew out of control. I called Kirk to inspect the area and give us some ideas about what we could plant there. He suggested weeding, leveling, and mulching the area in the fall and then waiting for the spring when the tree roots had a chance to rot and would be easier to remove--then we could plant. We scheduled the work for September 23rd. One of Kirk's employees--sorry, the name escapes me--spent most of the day weeding, leveling, and mulching the area. When Kirk checked in later, I asked him if he could deliver and install some topsoil in the back of the house, and 2 days later, he took care of it. I plan to call Kirk in the spring and schedule him for the landscape planting.

They are great on their professionalism, service and cleanup and that is why I keep using them. The owner of the company is particularly very communicative and very easy to reach. He is on top of his email at all times which is very convenient for me.

Very pleased with their work, haven't had to call or had any issues due to not showing up, etc. Kirk has been in constant contact with us via email or phone in the event we needed addl services due to extreme weather conditions and we have had the worse winter here in years. We were lucky to have found Kirk and would recommend him highly to everyone

Showed up at first appointment on time and worked diligently for 2 hours. To complete the job, though, took an additional 4 months. Contractor indicated would come do the work several times but did not. While apologetic and ultimately completed the work purchased through a "deal", I would hesitate to recommend this firm.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. Overall it went well. Scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. It was during the hot, rainy portion of August. Landscaper worked quickly and efficiently. Exceptions were I asked him to cut the peonies to the ground and remove a rose bush. He trimmed the peonies high (I asked him again the second day to cut them to the ground,they are still about 8 inches tall) and trimmed the rose bush; didn't dig out the stump; it's sprouting canes again. There was dirt piled against the back of the house I asked him to rake down. He suggested making it into a bed instead and I agreed. He said he'd take out all the extraneous plants, weeds, etc. He didn't. Taking out the large tall grass, he tried to just shovel it out of the ground as it stood. It was about 3 ft in diameter. That proved to be very difficult. I suggested he trim off the grass first, which he did, and it made the task manageable. They put all the clippings in my paper lawn bags as agreed and took away the mass of roots and dirt from the tall grass that was removed. That was a blessing as it was too heavy for me to deal with. They worked quickly (even in the pouring rain one day), efficiently, and diligently.

Giving this provider a "B" is probably too generous. We felt the work was just "fair" on most points. For starters, just hours before he was supposed to show up and do the work (a day my husband scheduled off work to be here) the gentleman called and said his truck broke down and he was unable to make it. The funny thing is, my father also took advantage of this same offer and the gentleman used the very same reason for cancelling on my father just hours before he was due, leaving my father with a wasted day as well. When the gentleman finally did come he brought another worker and they spent two hours (four total man hours). They did a fine job of cleaning out the beds but the trimming left much to be desired. They did not shape anything -- just cut a few branches here and there; it still looks overgrown. The edging was done very well though. Overall we felt it was an "eh" kind of job. Maybe he got overwhelmed with the number of takers on his offer and he wasn't prepared to either work the number of hours necessary to fulfill all those offers properly or he was understaffed and perhaps dealing with a truck on its death bed. Maybe he's wonderful when he's not running a special like this and that's why we gave him the benefit of the doubt with a "B". Whatever the situation is, we won't call on them again and neither will my father.

Kirk Mueller and his brother-in-law called within 24 hours to schedule my appointment. The were punctual, polite, and truly nice guys. They were able to finish all of the work I needed to have done within the four man hours I paid for. I would definitely call them again in the future for additional work and/or highly recommend them.

Overall a good job. I purchased a deal via the website. There were a couple bushes that were missed. There A LOT of them. I had asked if he would come back and trim a taller tree. Never heard back after he left. The couple missed bushes and the lack of follow up were the basis for the B rating. Upon purchasing the deal he contacted me quickly and scheduled the work at my convenience.
