Matt came to consult with us very quickly after our initial call, and provided a great deal of unhurried, helpful, non-"pressurized" advice about the bewildering variety of possibilities. He was exceptionally careful in taking measurements and diligent in getting the order in promptly. A small glitch (wrong vallance was sent) was handled promptly by Matt and Todd, the very pleasant and efficient installer. Would definitely recommend this firm.

This is an A+ company. It's small, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive with great products. Their customer service after selling and installing the shades was unparalled. There have been minor problems with several of the shades. They were replaced promptly and without additional cost. As anyone who's priced good/excellent quality shades, blinds, and drapes knows, they are expensive. Gotcha Covered and its suppliers back their products and services 100+%.

One of the projects we had for the summer was to install blinds on the windows. After visiting multiple stores and debating whether we should install the blinds ourselves we reached out to Gotcha Covered. Within 24 hours Matt was at the house walking us through the various styles of blinds, fabrics, and colors. He brought many samples to help us pick out the blinds that were perfect for our home and was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted to go with. We ended up ordering 11 blinds (Gotcha covered did all of the measuring) and were able to take advantage of a June promotion (the consultation was on June 30) and rebate. A few weeks later the blinds arrived and they came out to the house for the install. We were suprised by how quickly the install went and they were out in no time. The blinds are amazing and exactly what we wanted. We would definitely go with Matt and Gotcha Covered again and recommend them to our friends. After the install they followed up to see if we were completely satisfied, which we are, and were simply a pleasure to work with.

It was awesome. Matt came out promptly to measure and give us a quote. The coverings were delivered in a timely manner and he worked around my schedule in order to get them installed. installation was quick and he did a great job. His work was done quickly well.

Matt knew exactly what to show me! He listened to what I wanted and I am so excited with my blinds. He was punctual and my blinds were done and hung expertly. I would highly recommend Matt. In fact I just ordered two additional blinds for other rooms. You can't go wrong with Gotcha Covered!

Matthew Arnold as scheduled for the initial appointment during which we selected color and design of shades. We placed an order and Matthew was open to ordering the side window cover first as find measurement for the skylights couldn’t be ? remodeling was completed very accommodating.

I emailed the top 5 window treatment companies on Angie's List. Two got back to me right away. One company called me three weeks later while the last two never replied. Matt from Gotcha Covered was the first person to call me. We set an appointment at my house to get an estimate on window coverings for 20+ windows - I needed blinds for the entire house. I had no idea what I was doing so Matt explained all the different kinds of window treatments. He took his time and was very patient with me as I figured out what I wanted. He even gave me some advice like how I would probably want blackout shades in my bedroom while something more transparent would be better for the living spaces. I had a couple of outside the box requests and I think Matt actually enjoyed walking me through the decision making process. Matt emailed me a quote. I met with one other company and it really gave me perspective on this business. The guy from the other company made me feel like I was wasting his time and that I should be grateful he took the time to show up. He had a very limited amount of window treatments to choose from and didn't really want to hear my input. On top of all that, his quote was about double that of Gotcha Covered's. It was an easy choice to go with Matt and Gotcha Covered. He treated me like an important client every step of the way and was quick to respond to emails and texts. Matt installed everything promptly and worked around my schedule even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience to him. Buying window treatments for my home was an easy and stress free process using Gotcha Covered. Matt was easy to work with and laid back, but very serious about making sure I got a quality product and that I was happy. I recommend them to anyone.

Matt came out within 24 hours to measure my windows. Had all the sample books at that time. Gave me a price and estimated time of when to expect finished blinds. The blinds came in earlier than expected, and got them installed next day. They are perfect, and look great. Customer service is what sold me with this company, and why I will use them in the future again.
