Avon Appliance Repair

I had contacted Avon Appliance Repair on Saturday and scheduled them for Monday at 5 pm to repair our microwave. We needed it fixed very soon because of overnight guests arriving for the week. I made arrangements to take off work early and was on my way home when they call me at 4:30 pm to tell me that their repair technician couldn't make it that day to make the repair and that we would have to reschedule and that the earliest day available was Thursday. It was again rescheduled for 8-11 am on Thursday. On Thursday morning at 8:00 am I received another call from Avon Appliance Repair telling me that the service technician could not again make it to our house to repair the microwave and that they would have to permanently cancel the service because this was their only microwave technician and they couldn't count on him to perform the service. So, our emergency repair of the microwave will not happen at all. I will definitely not consider this company for any repair service of any kind if this is their level of professionalism that you can expect!
