They were quick, courteous, and all seems to be well at least by my uninformed non- technician's eye.

They tried to replace only the head until I insisted they also replace the chain drive. I was told by their office that I could open the door with our car remote built into the car itself. I have a 2005 Camry and a 2009 Prius. The installers said that a 2006 or newer car should work. I called the manufacturer who told me that it only works with a 2012 and newer car so the installers didn't know their product.

The response from Five Star could not have been faster. Within minutes of posting my need for services, I received a phone call and made an appointment for an estimate. They were prompt and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within 20 minutes of arriving. The cost was a bit higher than I had expected, but their quick response, professionalism and completion of the problem earned my business.

OK for putting in new equipment but does not return call for repair. When company aware of the problem, they did to rectify the problem with not responding to a repair call.

I must say I would recommend this company to anyone. They returned my call promptly, sending out a service rep in one hour. I was given options, and chose to replace my door opener. The service man got right to work, explained everything once completed with the job and promptly cleaned up when he was finished. He was very pleasant, courteous and made sure we had no questions before leaving.

Musa did a great job. Came out at end of very hot day even though it was not an emergency. Although repair not required immediately, I opted to replace spring before it broke making door inoperable. He explained it to me and told me my options. Nice work! Thank you Musa! Will recommend.
