The results were awesome! My 100 year old house was damage due to water damage from a frozen pipe. They put up new drywall, painted, repaired ship lap, put in a ceiling, and put in flooring in hallway and bedroom. They were very polite, dependable, and were always on time. They worked with my insurance agent and stuck to the estimate. The job was completed on time and looks fantastic. I definitely recommend T J and Sons. I am already planning my next project and will be hiring them to do the job!

They were diligent and got the work done according to plan in the time originally stated. They were respectful of our family needs and made it easy to stay in our home during the majority of the addition. We were very nervous about such a large project but are extremely happy with the results!

We had a leak in our master bathroom ceiling where the exhaust fan vented out the side of the house. Terry's solution to the problem was the same as the other contractors we got quotes from, which is great for someone who can only use common sense on how the repair should be made. Terry and his crew did a great job and were very professional. When they left, you could barely tell they were even there. I am very satisfied with the repairs they made and the installation of a new exhaust fan. In fact, we were so satisfied with them, we are already planning our next project for them. Pricing was very reasonable.

We discovered a leak in our roof one night and called a different company first the next morning. When they said it would take a couple weeks to come look at the problem (as water dripped through my ceiling), we called T.J. and Sons. They came out that morning, found three different spots that were leaking, fixed them all, and sent us photos of the leaky areas and the repairs, all within about 3 hours of our first phone call.

Terry was very responsive and reliable from the start of our project. He and his crew came out to repair our slate roof, install new ridge flashing, and remove the exposed portion of the chimney. After their great performance on that job, we decided we wanted the rest of the chimney removed and he and his crew did it in one day without disturbing the surrounding walls - amazing! I strongly recommend anyone considering renovation work to consider TJ & Sons - I know we will for our future work!

After my uncle passed away we had the huge task of getting the home ready for sale. We were lucky enough to be in town to start going through the house while T.J. & Sons were re-roofing! They were extremely hard working and did a great job we knew they would be perfect for the interior work as well. It's extremely hard to live out of state and try to remodel a home from long distance. Terry made the project painless and was very trustworthy. TJ and Sons did a fantastic job fixing our 100 yr. old slate roof and added a nice copper flashing around a chimney and valley. They are fast and efficient. It's very important, particularly if you have a slate roof, that the roofer knows how to get around and TJ does. He gets 5 stars!
