Mike was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not only diagnosed and addressed the problem but tuned up my door to help me get the most out of my service call. Would highly recommend!

 + -1 moreExcellent. After trying several other larger companies with many reviews, I tried Sam's Garage Door Service and Mike picked up the phone. He asked me to describe the situation and he could tell right away exactly what was wrong with it. He was at the house in 30 minutes and fixed the door without problem. I thought best case scenario I would have to wait until Monday to get this fixed, but he did it promptly and inexpensively on a Saturday! Wife was thrilled this was taken care of right away (which, as you men know, is the most important part)
