We hired MSM to remodel a bathroom and they did an amazing job. They were very easy to work with in the design stage and executed the job in a timely manner. They did not cut any corners and were communicative every day about their schedule.

Very poor quality. Items were left unfinished, even after final touch ups. Workers were very disrespectful towards property. Paid over 100,000 dollars for renovation and I have cracked tiles and outlets falling out of walls. Texted Marcus about it and all I was told was to contact the tile company.

Needed remodeling for a house built in 1959 that looked like the bathrooms and the kitchen were original and needed to be brought into the 21st century! The main bathroom had a tub and we wanted a walk in shower with a curb-less / barrier free floor and Marcus delivered. Everything else was also replaced and electrical and plumbing updated. Good company to work with.

An actual contractor that abides by their commitments! They were so efficient, love my new kitchen and bath! My foreman and crew were excellent!

Marcus listened to my requests for a bathroom remodel and offered helpful suggestions that enhanced my original plan. He and his crews were prompt and utilized real-time communication with me. He was able to accommodate slight variations to our original plans without pushing back the timeline. All crew members were polite and professional and were careful to protect the rooms they traveled through to get to the work area. They took time to explain anything I asked and had me view the progress as they went along. My bathroom has been transformed and I am very pleased with the workmanship. I plan to use them for future home upgrades!

Marcus had more vision for the space, a better cost than competitors, and offered more. He was very easy to reach and committed to us as his customer, and his team did a great job. Marcus was a godsend, truly. We needed an emergent remodel for my dad recovering from COVID and needing better living conditions. I sent a request and Marcus called me on 12/23/21 and was able to move around some projects to fit us in given our circumstances. His team replaced roofing on the house and garage, completely renovated the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and did flooring throughout the house. We kept adding mini projects as time went on, all things Marcus did his best to accommodate. His pricing was extremely reasonable and the work was impressive. Iâ m in Cincinnati and Marcus worked well with me via text and calls/pictures. I wish he was local to me so I could have him do work on my house! I really am so very grateful that my dad has a safer place to stay as he recovers. Marcus and his team are amazing. And the work isnâ t done - weâ ve lined up his team for other projects down the line. He can handle anything with his team.

Marcus and his crew were incredible. I have not one thing negative to say. Very professional, clean, and always in contact with us throughout the entire project. His team was trustworthy and they did impeccable work. They made a project that I didn’t think could happen, happen! They successfully moved our downstairs laundry room into a spare room on the 3rd floor. They walked us through ever step of the way. He was open and honest about the entire project. He helped guide us with decisions and made sure the whole project ran smoothly!

During the planning phase there were several creative suggestions including cost saving ideas.. They listened to my requests throughout the project and made frequent checkins. Work area was cleaned up daily. The initial deposit was reasonable with another partial payment after significant progress. Final payment will occur at end of work.

I was extremely happy with the finished renovation of my kitchen and living room. We removed a wall and made it one beautiful living area. The team was prompt, paid close attention to all my requests and very flexible when I wanted changes. We finished 2 weeks earlier than expected. I receive compliments daily on the end result and feel like I'm living in a new home. Highly recommend.

Marcus Sebastian did our entire office build-out and took a completely empty 2,000 sq ft space (i.e., no utilities, walls, ceiling, floor, etc.) and turned it into a beautiful, functional office space with multiple rooms including specialty rooms (for x-ray equipment) and a kitchenette and bathroom. Every aspect of this project went smoothly; Marcus really knows what he is doing and makes great recommendations. He is incredibly conscientious and listens to the client. His crews are also efficient, skilled, and dedicated. What could've been a really tough project turned out to be a real pleasure! We highly recommend this company.
