I have been using this company for 8 years. They were always a good company. This year when they needed to spray for the bugs the employee only did my front yard (the home I live in) not the back. Why? my gate was locked.this how I know. They were to spray my 2 rentals also.. Both tenants told me the same did the front not the back they watched. So I called the company and spoke with Cory the GM and he defended his employee and said front and back was done. Knowing my gate was locked there was no way. Also CONSIDERING I was home no knock on the door and my dog did not bark. So I know that the front did not have much done either. BUT he said he would send them back out. Well Friday I called the company asking when they would be back out and he said they were back out. I said when .. Cory said yesterday. I said that was impossible my gate was still locked and you did not call. I said this is on file that you need to call ahead for this and he argued with me and said no we do not.Well I said it kinda funny that Tony calls me for the weed control to let me know and you are saying no you better check your notes better. This has been an on going procedure for 8 yrs. After he said they were back out I asked my tenants and they were home on this day also no Lawn Tech ever showed up Called the company back and proceeded to report this to Cory and got in my face and said we do not need customers like you....we did come out and called me a liar. My reply you are going to believe your employee over a customer you have had for 8 years and he said yes. I said why would I lie about this there is no reason but a good reason for an employee to hurry up do the job and get home . END of my relationship with them

We've used them for years. It's kind of a generic thing, it's granular fertilizer. They show up when they're supposed to and they do a fine job. I haven't had any problems with them.

The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know how to handle the call. When the technician came out to provide a quote he quoted everything except for weed control which is what I requested. After they I finally received the quote for the weed control and agreed to the service they stated they would be out in two to three days. I stated I had an irrigation system and would need to know when they would be out so I can make sure to turn it off. They came out the next day 10 minnutes before the irrigation system ran. Needless to say I paid for a service that washed off ten minutes later. Would not recommend.

The staff is pleasant and professional whether on the phone or in person. They are knowlegable, prompt, clean and courteous. We have the nicest looking lawn on the street, thanks to Lawn Tech!

The company was recommended to me by a friend, but I decided to go with them when I found out that my landscaper used them in his yard. I don't remember what I paid because I prepay for a series of treatments over the summer On the occasions I have called their office they are very friendly, professional and quick to respond. I will continue to use them.

We have been using them for about four or five years for ongoing service. We spend around $200 on that service for the whole year. Our overall experience with them has been awesome. We have used them and never compared prices. They were recommended years ago and we liked them because they made my yard look really good. They are very responsive. I am about to send my billing for the upcoming season.

They were pretty basic; they came out, did the work and left. It is hard to say how the quality of their work is. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are very responsive. There is usually only one person and he comes out every time and he is great.

The initial flower bed treatment went very well. We just couldn't get this company to commit to a schedule and stick with it. We have three dogs and asked that they give us a call the day before so, we can make sure all "land mines" are removed. They would call and give us a date certain but would never show up. I know they were a little behind because of the weather and that was justifiable. But, when they did our neighbors yard (three doors down) and passed us by, it was a little unsettling. We gave them three tries and finally cancelled. I don't have time to chase down people to perform a service that I am paying for.

They needed to come back several times for the beetles and still did not destroy them all. However, I am not sure if this is typical with this problem or if they could have done better. They do a terrific job on the quarterly service.

I did my homework and talked to several different people, and they're competitive price-wise. They show up when they're supposed to show up. They leave information on what they've done if I'm not around. They seem eager for the business.

PART OF OUR LAWN WAS DYING OUT. THIS COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR CALL, CAME OUT AND DID AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HRS, THEN PERFORMED THE WORK ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. THEY HAVE OFFERED TO COME OUT IN A WEEK TO SEE IF THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER, AND TO RETREAT IF NECESSARY. VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.

IF THEY MISS SOMETHING, YOU CALL THEM AND THEY COME RIGHT OUT TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE TOO.

THE ONLY THING THAT I HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT WAS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND DO CORE AERATION AND LIMING. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY COULDN'T COME OUT BECAUSE THE GROUND WAS TOO WET. I DID NOTICE OTHER YARDS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT WERE BEING AERATED BY OTHER COMPANIES. THEY FINALLY SENT US FLAGS TO MARK THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM, BUT BY THAT TIME, IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE SEASON TO DO AERATION. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT COME OUT SOONER. IN THE PAST, THEIR SHRUB TREATMENT PROGRAM WAS NOT SATISFACTORY.

CALLED 3 COMPANIES TO GIVE ME QUOTES ON FERTILIZATION AND THEY WERE THE HIGHEST PRICE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, CALL DAY BEFORE APPLICATION TO MAKE SURE OKAY TO COME. SKIPPED MY BACKYARD THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE THE KIDS WERE OUTSIDE PLAYING AND CAME BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO FINISH UP. OFFER PREPAID 5% DISCOUNT AND OTHER DISCOUNTS AS WELL. WE'VE ALSO BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. NO WEEDS AND A GREEN LAWN. THEY WILL COME OUT, AT NO CHARGE, TO TALK WITH YOU ABOUT ANY CONCERNS. GREAT, RELIABLE COMPANY.

THEY USE ONLY GRANULAR PRODUCTS AND ARE RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL. THEY ARE DOING A VERY GOOD JOB.
