+ -1 moreI dealt with Barbara who is a realtor there. I listed my house with them probably in May of 2011 and I sold my home at the end of June of 2011. She happened to be a person who lived in our neighborhood so she knew quite a bit of our community. She also knew a lot about the resources and recreation facilities available in the neighborhood that I was living in. She seemed well connected so I brought her in to take a look at the house. She and her daughter work also in real estate. The daughter has a little bit more referral for the staging and that sort of things. They placed the house, they put it on the market and it was sold.
Description of Work: Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer was my real estate agents and they helped me sell my house.
