 + -1 moreEXCELLENT. from start to finish, the experience was excellent. roy gave advice on appropriate carpet selection which was very helpful. he communicates well, is on-time, very personable, knowledgeable, and installs carpet with expertise. roy left the area clean and vacuumed. the service roy provides is one of the best.
Description of Work: roy removed old and installed new carpeting in my bedroom and bedroom closet. previously, he had installed my basement carpeting.

 + -1 moreThey did a very nice job both the times and they stayed within their estimate. They were very punctual. They are right down the street for me. They came over and gave me the best estimate. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They charged me $400 for the last service. I was very pleased since they gave us a good price for decent carpeting with a good packing. They were very prompt. I had no trouble with them whatsoever. I hope to use them again when I do the rest of my house.
Description of Work: Hastings Carpet Co installed some carpeting for me in some bedrooms. I had one installed last February and the other installed about a month ago.
