David did an amazing job remodeling my mothers home for us to prepare for resale.

Once again, no clue. I just want to get Angie's List off my *** about reviewing this company. I am sure they are fine but the review process sucks. They keep bugging me to review a company from which I received no service. Giving Angie's List all F's.

The renovation exceeded our expectations. David's estimate was very detailed yet clear. Accounting for some fixture upgrades that my wife and I chose to do, the estimate was spot on. What he estimated is what we paid. David showed up when he said he would and cleaned up the work site before he left for the day. Two things stand out. One, that David is really good at what he does. I work from home most days each week, and I was able to see his progress up close. I like how he explained to me what particular thing he was working on, and why he was doing it the way he did, and the quality that would result by doing it the right way. Two, that he was very invested in the job. He wanted us to have a beautiful bathroom, and he went the extra mile to make that happen. He added a stunning crown molding (where we had none before) with perfect corners. He made sure the floor was perfect after fixing an unexpected problem with the joists and subfloor. He made sure the walls and ceiling were perfect before painting them. I highly recommend DW Varady to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel. or just about anything that requires the skill and integrity of a good contractor or master craftsman.

David is very professional and has done numerous design/build projects for me over the past 10 years. David's expertise in his field kept me from making critical errors and allowed my costs to align with my budgetary constraints. His workers were professional, polite and courteous to my family while on the job site. They even let my dogs out at lunch time to potty. David was on the job site each and every day to insure the quality and consistency of his product offering. I am new to Angie's list and would like all to know that D. W. Varady Carpentry Co. is a hidden jewel for those who are looking for a high end design/build contractor.

Dave came out to look at our kitchen on the referral from a friend and was very helpful. He made smart, thoughtful suggestions that made moved the project from very good to spectacular! His team was very responsible and the workmanship top notch. Overall we are very pleased with end result. Great Job!!
