From the first contact through the completion of the job, Tim was an excellent resource. He called within minutes of the request thru Angie's, and we had a new garage door installed 3 business days later.

I rated a 4 star for the value for your money due to everything going up in price due to the pandemic otherwise it would be a 5 star I'm sure. The Tech that they sent out was awesome he was very courteous great service and and I felt like I'd known him for years just from our conversations it was a terrific experience.

The technician was very friendly. I asked a lot of questions, he was willing to answer any question asked. He was also informative about what and why he was doing to make the repairs.

After looking around for garage doors, and getting quotes, we landed on Cumberland. They were very helping through the process for choosing the door, there are a lot of options! Installation was straight forward and the end result was beautiful, inside and out, also quiet. Small bonus to us adding windows was the extra light in the garage while the doors are closed, on top of the look. Correctly the prices are still high, so that was the only downfall from our overall experience. Not Cumberlands fault, obviously.
