Great but I did not receive a warranty

Owner Tim Smith responded to my inquiry immediately. He was at my house the same day with an estimate. My door was installed two days later. Ryan is very professional, hauled away the old door, and programmed my car with the new garage door opener. A few days later, one minor issue was rectified within hours. Do not hesitate to use this company. You will have a great experience.

This company is awesome. Install of new door was quick, 5days after contact we had a new door. The price was $800 less than 3 other quotes. Ryan the installer was very neat and cleaned up any mess. I highly recommend this company!

Came on time, as quoted, appearance excellent, cleaned up after door was installed, made sure the door was level met the ground correctly, door flowed smooth. Just a very nice job. Class act,. I recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Service tech went above and beyond in repairing the garage door. Performed the repair and did other preventative maintenance without extra charge. I offered additional payment but it was all part of what he was doing as part of the needed repair. Helped me troubleshoot shoot an issue with another garage door we have, and a tech was out the next day at our other location to review the other door. Provided valuable info and advice on how to manage the issue. I highly recommend this company, as they operate with expertise, efficiency and honesty.

They repaired the garage door chain as requested. Then the technician pointed some other things that needed to be adjusted. After pointing these items out with an explanation, he asked if I wanted the work , and I approved it. The price charged for the chain repair and all the other work performed made my door function better and the price was very affordable and the garage operates much quieter and more smoothly.

My usual garage repair person was not available. I contacted Cumberland and Tim responded immediately. He offered a couple options and his price and service was better than the other quotes I received. In fact I decided to have both doors replaced since it was a great savings. I originally contacted them to discuss a replacement door, their representative indicated that they could fix my problem rather than replace the door. They did! ( for 10% of the cost of a new door). Excellent work and customer service!

Excellent service, door broke on Wednesday, was out to measure within an hour, next day had old door removed, new door up in about 4 hours.
