I got a few estimates for replacing my garage door and Cumberland had the best price and said they could do it right away. When evaluating the garage for a quote, they noticed a lot of things about our old garage that needed to be accounted for, such as nothing being perfectly square and the floor being uneven. They said this wouldn't be a problem. They did an excellent job removing and replacing a garage door, tracks and spring and reinstalled the current garage door, and everything was done in about 4 hrs. They hauled everything away and left the site clean. The next day they called to ask how everything was and if it was done to our satisfaction. They also offered to come back when the weather changed in case adjustments were needed, Everyone I spoke to and the installer were very courteous and professional.

I price-checked with another company, but Cumberland was lower. The correspondence along the way was top notch, and the work was done May 26, 2023. The installer arrived on-time/early, and dealt with my crooked garage with patience. I'm fully satisfied with the work.

Tim the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He came out an measured and quoted me a price that was reasonable. After getting additional estimates I chose to call Tim because he followed up on all my questions and made some additional recommendations. I would have not thought to put a side mounted motor drive which worked out perfectly for the application and it will allow to install a hoist. The motor is quiet, Ryan (the installer) was very knowledgeable, completed the job professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Cumberland Door Co.!!!

I had a spring break and Tim contacted me immediately after I contacted home advisor and he would have replaced the spring the next day, but I needed a new garage door anyway. The door was replaced and everything done less than 24 hours after I made my initial inquiry with Home Advisor. Tim and Ryan were great. Customer service and workmanship were second to none.
