Matt and his team are on top of it. Had all my windows have interior shutters; had some cordless shades. Everything he did was great. If there was an issue, he would fix no problem. Bought some replacement parts through him also. Great company to work with. Used them and referred them.

We placed our order at Lowe's on October 22nd. Graber guaranteed installation in 25 days. Core Interiors received the shutters on November 12th and installed them on November 16th, well in advance of the 25 day deadline. The quality and installation of the shutters is excellent. The installer, Kirk was prompt and courteous. One frame was not manufactured correctly, replacement parts are on order, although the shutter is is still usable. (Wrong location of magnets.) We will be purchasing more Graber shutters from Lowe's with installation by CORE LLC

The whole experience was great. They came in introduced themselves and went right to work. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned up so well that you would never believe they were here if not for the shower doors. I was very pleased.

While there were some delays in the project, we were in no hurry and it wasn't Core's fault for the delays. The customer service was incredible. Matt was our contact person and did the installation. He was always available, and got back to me with any questions or changes in plans within the same day. We couldn't be happier with our results.
