"We did in fact do work for [Member Name Removed] in September of 2016. She paid in full and was happy at the time. I invoiced her on 10/11/16 and she paid in full on 10/19/16-so she had plenty of time to let me know that she had a problem. This is the first time I have heard that she is not happy (3/15/17). Not sure what she is not happy with. Not sure what her boyfriend had "to do over". Not really sure what this "complaint" is all about."
"Our company poured a stamped patio & stamped front walk. The member selected the color & stamp. They didn't like either when the job was done - they said that the color was darker than what they liked and the stamped design wasn't what they wanted - but they didn't know what kind of stamped design they wanted. They withheld $1000 from payment owed so that we would come back in the spring & perform an overlay or replace the walk & patio. This original job was done in Nov. 2006. In the Spring of 2007, the members informed us there were cracks in the stamped patio & walk, and came up with a new contract completely disregarding the existing contract. They are unrealistic. They want a 2-year guarantee that their concrete won't chip or crack. We came to an agreement. We don't want to work for them and they don't want us to do any work for them. They wanted $2800 along with the $1000 that they withheld. We counter-offered to give them $1400 - take it or leave it. They then notified Angie's List after our counteroffer. They are customers that we cannot make happy any way, shape or form. - Deanna M. Miller, Owner"
