+ -1 moreHis first name is Steve and I would recommend him highly. He does good work and is honest. My mom was really happy with them and she referred him to me. I've had him on and off for the last couple of years. The workers are also honest and good guys. They left the area spotless and were very prompt.
Description of Work: He's a handyman that does plumbing and heating. It's called Cleveland Craftsman. Last year he put a fence up for me. He put up a shed for me in prior times. He also installed a toilet and sink in the bathroom.

+ -1 moreInitial work was delayed due to contractor's work at another site being hampered by bad weather. Once work was underway, things went smoothly and professionally. Great attention to detail and upfront about unforeseen expenses (copper piping, etc.). Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all facets of work that was needed. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend Cleveland Craftsmen.
Description of Work: Bathroom update/remodel included installation and plumbing for new double sink vanity & mirror, install of new toilet, new vinyl flooring, baseboards, ceiling fan/light in shower (incl. ceiling cut out and replacement), painting of walls and ceiling, decorative hardware installation.

+ -1 moreThere was a day and a night difference. I can't say enough good things about them. Their price was right on, their work was impeccable. I feel like they made the bathrooms indestructible. When you have rental property there is a lot of things you can run into with bathrooms and they suggested tile against the wall instead of wood and other things as well.
Description of Work: They totally redid two bathrooms that a tenant had destroyed. They replaced walls, tubs, toliets and took everything out.
