They came and took down the awnings in the Fall, and they were supposed to put them up in the Spring. When we didn't hear from them, we called. Whoever owned it at that time had walked away with the money and the orders. They told us to contact our credit card company to get the deposit back. We were able to get that money back. They said they would come back and re-install the old awning for free. Then they called me to tell me that the old owner had taken over again. We then went ahead and placed another order with them. They gave us a good price, and did come and complete the order.
Description of Work: We contacted Awning Fabric to make new awnings for the house.

The company was able to schedule an appointment within a week. I left my awnings on the front porch, when I left for work, and they were put up, when I returned home. They even replaced one of the older ropes, at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Two awnings were installed on second-floor windows.

Description of Work: Installed 4 awnings on house for summer. Did a good job. First time we have used them. (Our awnings are from another company and they have done a terrible job over 2 years, so we needed to switch companies). We did not have problems with Awning Fabric except that they charged us more for one awning because they got the size wrong (thought it was bigger than it actually was). When I called, they took my word for the size and I was told just to pay for the smaller/actual size I said they were, so no problem. Came to install sooner than they originally said.

We have used this company for years & they installed the original awning. They have been storing & bringing them back out of storage for years. However, this year when they brought the awning back out it was damaged. No one would admit to damaging it or storing it wet, which is an awning no-no. They put up one awning for $176. They only put up one awning & did not tell us that the 2nd one was too damaged to put up. When we called to inquire about it that is when they said that the awning was too damaged. We now have to get it replaced & they were kind enough to give us estimates. However we will be getting the awning replaced with another company because of their dishonesty.
Description of Work: They put up my awning from the summer. When they brought it out it was damaged.
