We used another tree trimmer company.

Al is very pleasant to work with and wouldn't accept payment until I was completely happy. They arrived as scheduled, carefully set up the crane so as not to infringe on my neighbor's lawn, and had the tree down within two hours. It was tricky, because the crane was in front of my house and had to reach over power lines and a fence to the back yard. The tree itself was right up against the fence, so that made it more delicate. They completely leveled the stump and raked up all the leaves that had been falling from the tree before they'd even arrived. Sad as it was for me to lose a tree, I was completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. Al was right when he said, "When we leave, you won't know we'd been here." Their cleanup was great.

We are never going to hire another tree service - Mr. Hopp has spoiled us! Not only is he EXTREMELY competitive in his pricing, but his work is impeccable. He and his crew are professional and friendly, safety conscious and very tidy. They arrived promptly at 8 AM, and they worked until everything was done. They took all the proper safety precautions and worked very cleanly, cleaning up as they went. They even stacked all the wood they were leaving behind for our fireplace. As if that weren't enough, they were also very kind to my 5-year-old, who was (as expected) intensely interested in what they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I know that I won't be calling anyone but him in the future.

HE INSURES THAT CLIENTS UNDERSTAND EMERGENCY (TREE ON HOME/STORM DAMAGE) VS. ROUTINE PREVENTATIVE APPOINTMENTS, & WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. AL & TEAM ARRIVED PROMPTLY WITH LOGO SHIRTS, HEARING & VISION PROTECTION. CHIPPER ON SITE, WORKED WELL AS A TEAM. AL IS AN ARBORIST. HIS PASSION FOR, & KNOWLEDGE OF TREES IS OBVIOUS. HE DOESN'T USE TREE SPIKES, & WON'T TOP A TREE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. AL TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN FINISHED WORK & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, WE APPRECIATED HIS WALKING THROUGH THE PROPERTY WITH US LOOKING FOR ANY OTHER WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. THEY EVEN CUT FIREWOOD FROM USABLE TREES. GREAT CLEAN UP & DEBRIS REMOVAL, THEY EVEN RAKED. TWO NEIGHBORS REQUESTED HIS SERVICES WHILE HE WAS HERE. AL IS OUR PERMANENT ARBORIST, & IS WORTHY OF REFERRALS.

AS SOON AS THERE WAS A BREAK IN THE WEATHER, THEY WERE OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THE TREE. ALAN WAS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT MAINTAINING THE SHAPE OF THE OAK. VERY PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLY PRICED AND THE TREE LOOKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND OUT ON A LIMB TO ANYONE. THE COST WAS $600 PLUS TAX.

WORK WAS DONE BY THE OWNER, ALAN HOPP, AND ONE ASSISTANT. THEY CAME WHEN PROMISED AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB.

HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PERSONABLE. HIS WORK IS ABSOLUTELY NEAT YOU CAN NOT TELL HE WAS EVEN THERE (NO MESS). THE VALUE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND HE IS VERY SAFETY CONSCIOUS
